    Great video. About 7 months ago teaching my kids how to poco stick i landed bad and my acl was affected. I was able to stand but with alot of pain and knee loses. Now i am 80% normal. One thing i notice i have alot of pain in my cab's.

      @@Sunsandsea962 from the research i made, we have to wait at least 2 weeks. Lots of rest is needed, ice every 2-3 hours for 20 minutes will take the pain away, place your leg on a pillow and must be higher than heart. This worked for me. 10th day now and feeling great compared to first days. I can walk but very slow steps, walking is good or circulation.

    Hi!!! Tim… I am from Bangladesh. I have been diagnosed with interstitial acl injury 2 years ago. That time my orthopaedic surgeon told me my knee is perfectly stable no need to worry and he gave me some medicine mostly pain killers. After taking those my pain was gone. But recently last month all of a sudden I again started feeling pain in my knee specifically back of the knee and I couldn’t bend my knee, couldn’t climb stairs. So again i went to orthopaedic surgeon. After performed some physical test my doctor told me that I have an interstitial acl injury and he told me not to worry about this as my knee is stable. He also told me that I can do regular work easily but can’t do any heavy physical activity like jumping, running or any heavy intense sports.He showed me some exercises to perform at home and gave ne pain killers. Since then I am looking for acl exercises in you tube abd found yours. Yours exercises really helped me a lot. After doing these exercises within 2 days i see visible improvement. Though there’s still pain in my knee and feeling discomfort while walking

    Everything I read says the pain is bursitis, but I've also heard about gluteal tendonopathy. Is there a way to tell which it is? Are the stretches/exercises the same for both?

    I have been diagnosed with a partial ACL tear and have been given some of these exercises by my physio. I am supposed to be going on an active holiday in December, a dream holiday of mine. Do you think i could still go? Activities include cycling, kayaking, rafting, surfing and swimming

      Those all sound like activities that shouldn’t put too much stress on the knee. Just take it easy and smoothly and you’ll be fine. It’s sports where you change direction quickly you’d struggle with, like football, tennis, squash etc

    Thank you for this video. I have hip replacement surgery in a little less than a month from now & I only wish I had found this several months earlier. While I'm not able to do any of the exercises well yet (and some barely at all) I'm keeping with it because any improvement in strength & flexibility before my surgery is still better than more decline.

    I was wondering about exercise number two. I need to understand how that is okay to do since you are laying on your back crossing your one leg sort of over the other leg and having your ankle rest on your thigh while you push your leg forward.
