The way Nikki tries to romanticize the rock and roll lifestyle, it comes off as cringe-worthy and a total crock of shit, like he's the next Johnny Thunders meets Sid Vicious or something like that -- the tragic romantic type. He was a zero-talent junkie who caught a lucky break and milked it for all it was worth. Then when he, Tommy and Vince gave Mick the shaft, I completely lost what little respect I had for them. Kicking out the guy who was a major songwriter and helped define their sound was a stupid move on their part. I don't care how much speed and flash John 5 has. He's no Mick Mars and can't capture his feel and style. Let them all go shit on the Motley Crue legacy if they want to. I'm not patronizing them anymore, so it doesn't matter.

It's funny, ya know, when you mentioned "But Not Tonight" on the Black Celebration album. It's my favorite album and also one of my very favorite tracks. I also heard in some interviews and the Documentary that they thought it was maybe not needed on the album. I never felt like it was disconnected from the album at all. It puts a nice cherry on top at the end of an amazing album and ends it with light and positivity. Well done.

Regarding your comments on Martin's earlier songwriting work, like on A Broken Frame, for example, sure. He just hadn't hit his stride yet with his songcraft. This happens on Construction Time Again. Then, it's even another level up on Some Great reward. With each album after, came more sophistication and confidence with Martin's writing as well as the rest of the guys for that matter.

They made an absolute shit load of money I went to the first show with jet, poison and the crew here in Atlanta They were absolutely terrible, it was embarrassing Poison was really good and def leopard as always was amazing They have completely sold out and just came out of retirement because they are each making 10s of millions each. Jon 5 is definitely way to talented to be plying with them
