Quit smoking for 2 months already,and my doctor gave me Berodual inhaler,ask me tu use it if i have shortness of breath...can i stop using the inhaler in the future i my shortness of breath improve or no more ? Thanks Doc

Unfortunately, everything I know about the prostate and the PSA test was learned after I was churned through the urology system. 1) MANY unnecessary procedures could be avoided if the PCP (primary care physician) would explain before the blood test a few things to avoid in order to show a high PSA score, especially about having sex 2 days prior. 2) after having a marginally higher PSA score, the PCP should ideally advise the patient to watch the numbers but DEFINITELY hold off seeing the urologist. 3) the urologist is NOT your friend. He is going to pressure you and take advantage of any naïveté or lack of knowledge you may have concerning the prostate to bludgeon you into a biopsy--do some research on what biopsy is. A biopsy is invasive and punches 14 holes through the colon and prostate walls. 4) and most important, read the book by Dr. Richard Ablin called the great prostate hoax. Dr. Ablin is the scientist that discovered PSA and spent his entire career until his death discouraging it from being used as a test for cancer. 5) the PSA has nothing to do with cancer, it is a blood antigen from the prostate. It is not a cancer antigen and the recommended number (4.0) is totally arbitrary as detailed in Dr. Ablin's book. Thank you for your useful video!✌
