    I'm almost 62, under 5'0 tall, and have maintained an 85 pound weight loss for nine years. Besides eating healthy, I work out in my home to videos every day, including strength training three times a week.

    A great video. I enjoy walking and walk for 1 hr 5-6 days a week. I also try to do some resistance bands workout as I have weak knees

      Walking is generally great for your knees too! Think about how you can steadily increase your overall activity week on week, maybe more strength & stretching, and be proud of your achievements 🙌🏻💪🏻

    Exercise doesn't burn many calories, that's what it is, end of story.

      Exercise has immense benefits beyond burning calories, so not quite as simple as that. Of course it can improve your mental wellbeing, your sleep, increase your metabolism etc etc, so a lot to consider. Watch the video to learn more!
