best sensitivity is a medium because u get the best of both

legit depends on the mouse and mouse pad u need control or a muddy mouse pad for anything thats 25cm and below and u need a medium hybrid for 30-40cm and a speed or glass mouse pad for 60-90cm

My big issue is i thought when playing knb i had to use my chairs elbow resters. Even tho ive been doing it for years i felt that they always mess up my consistent aim. I see that you dont use them at all and rest your arm in the table itself with a healthy angle. This is a change I have to try and see! Thanks for the video! Even after years of playing also at high level of competitive gaming i still find ergonomics hard to stick with. And end up blaming my sens for it. Thanks again!

my problem is that i have a monitor that i cant change the angle of , the desk is too high , the chair is not a not adjustable , my keyboard isnt consistent , W and Shift dont always work , and bad mouse ( my monito is 900p 60hz tn with shit colors ) whats my solution

I feel with high sens its also important to have good tension management, which many people dont have naturally, thats why most people use low sens as the error margin is larger.

What about middle sens?

all this information doesnt matter if you dont have a control monitor size. not everyone uses the same monitor size! thus the distance and fist for height is irrelevant
