I don’t view any of these of real “aiming styles”; they’re really just different techniques. A “calm aimer” can pull out a “snappy” technique in a clutch scenario, vice versa.

Nice Video, with this I realized I play Anchor and Jitter (because I got tremors, not that I actually want to play with it) and when Awping a combination of Flick and Mental
Reactive technique only works if you focus and visualize most possibilities when you take a fight, so it actually has a severe downside if you only rely on it: it induces mental fatigue faster than any other aim style.

I have anchor x tracking aim, but what I’m struggling with is when I do shoot , I tense my hand so hard so I can’t even micro-adjust and I can’t fix it :s
Tbh man I don't look at it that way. It's more just vocabulary to describe what you'd experience when practicing or trying to identify how you play and then improving. It's not meant to tell you what to do just to teach you and provide guide lines and stuff. I 100% agree with the buzzword part though.
