Hello gorgeous!! I’ve never been to Disneyland, I’ve been to Disney World tons of times. I’ve always wondered which park is better. I still can’t get over how beautiful you are. Everything about you is perfect. I’ve been to California, but I didn’t have a chance to go to disneyland.

I hated the book for the call of the wild so much so I am never really going to watch the film. So it was good fun to be able to watch your reaction video instead hehe. She is SO gorgeous. Some of these black and white films had the most traditionally gorgeous actresses. It's interesting seeing it as a film because it is still about the dogs of course, but because it's a visual medium it is more about the people and the dogs are around. Whereas the book is really in the dogs mind and all about them. But obviously they had to switch the perspective and do more characterisation. In the wrap up you mention all of this.

Is it really exposition at the beginning? I guess in terms of logistics. But that’s so unnecessary that it doesn’t seem like a heavy handed attempt to convey information to the audience. Especially since it’s awkward and has those long pauses. As well as wrong information heh. It seems to be building mood and character. Whether it does it well is subjective of course lol

Eleonore was definitely an unreliable narrator in the book, but the book also makes it very clear that unusual and inexplicable events were happening in Hill House for decades. Long before Eleonore showed up.

Heres the thing I laugh at.. as a catholic. People shit on the theories, especially theories that oppose the bible. The bible is swore on in court. Yet if you put the bible in the dock, it wouldnt hold up to scrutiny as there virtually no evidence to support it, its a book or rumours, legends & mythologies that people SWEAR on as absolute truth. The realist overules the catholic in me everytime. The mythology fascinates me but as for truth? Im sure the bowles of the vatican would reveal secrets that would unravel more than just the bible..

Because of how much you didn't like tarot I managed to convince my friend to go see challengers with me in the cinema instead of tarot in the cinema, which I was MUCH happier with. Look at you burning through all these manga series!! The promised neverland is on my list of manga to read and I'm all for hearing about the fact that it will break my heart. I can survive the exposition in exchange for heartbreak and good artwork. RELIGIOUS THEMES DID YOU SAY?! I wouldn't have expected for the book Chicago to hit so hard but I understand from the way you describe how it resonates with you in particular as well. Trust me when I am reading this steamy genre I am only reading ✨quality✨ And I agree, I'm glad that she did so well with the themes in this one and dealt with the grief and anger and that is why it is my fave of the series I think. Also because of Sean's character development across the whole book and how he really learns from Zenny.

Thank you for posting this without spoilers! we picked this up at our library and had a feeling some things were missing.... They were!! The entire book and poster was taken. Not sure how many letters there are but there were left only about 8.

The building used in the film is now a hotel. Named the Ettington Park Hotel, it's located in England, specifically in the Warwickshire village of Ettington. The film's shots of the grounds and house exteriors were filmed there, so technically, you CAN stay in a haunted house. ;)

Solidifying my need to pick up Spy x Family!

Why was there a three year old in the first omen cinema?! And a family talking in the cinema... that is SO annoying! The fact that you could hear them being confused as well when they arrived halfway in. There are 'family' and 'noisy' cinemas for those kind of things... which have more age appropriate films too. I HATE when the plot twist is in the trailer so I am glad I haven't seen the trailer and I am very much looking forward to watching it because creators of Ready or Not... I'll be there. Summer Wars sounds good and I love when artwork has good detail in animation. And you know me and online games in media. Tarzan is a very good disney film and I should rewatch. THE MUSIC IS SO GOOD. Phil Collins really did that. Tarzan is not 18, and I don't believe it, and I never well. Everyone is loving Shogun!! Should I watch it?

The Morning they came for us sounds like it is very emotional and hard on, but in a way where we need to read it and understand because it is people's lived experiences. I remember when before i fall was all the rage and everyone was talking about it so much!! But for some reason I never read it. And I'm not sure I have read any lauren oliver, I just remember every book visually for being everywhere. Yay I got my shoutout for my contract!! I feel proud to introduce you to the quality within the erotica genre. You actually rated priest more than me as I felt okay about the first one and liked the other two much more!! Which largely has to do with how fast the romance moved. I do know christians move fast but that was SUPER fast lol. Yeah... the narrator was good :) Professing love after 12 hours and it being returned? pls 💀💀

Past lives my love!! I love everything about it!! Could watch it forever!! Could let it be as long as it likes!! But I am glad you liked it a lot too and I think it was gently done very well. Me having missed all of the hype for may december. I am so sure I have never heard of that film D: Anatomy of a fall sounds like it would frustrate me so much watching!! And it would be great because of that. It sounds like phenomenal characterisation and acting on all sides. Can't believe you hadn't seen amelie before! Its a soft gem :) Very quirky and lovely. Ooh I know immaculate may not be perfect but I may watch just because I admire a good scream queen and it sounds like she did that so well.

Thanks for the reaction. I'm surprised more people have not done reactions to this movie. It's great. I do wish Lee was not the bad guy though, as his character's excitement for the 'quest' was exuberant and hopeful. But then again, that also makes for a good twist. Such great acting all around, a beautiful soundtrack, and a story that flirts with history and fiction in equal measure and with equal believability.

Angela commented later in life that Bergman treated her with respect and kindness. Angela also noted she was blown away by Bergman's performance - how she was able to become like a puddle of fear laying on her bed. My favorite scene is when Cotton has visited, giving Bergman some sense of her peril, only to have Boyer take her frail sense of sanity from her (aided by the maid, Elizabeth, who only goes along with him to save her mistress). You can almost see her sanity slipping away in that one scene!
