The Puffin Cultural Forum, a project of the Puffin Foundation Ltd., is the gallery and performance space located at the site of the Foundation's administrative offices in Teaneck, New Jersey. Our work takes place at the intersection of the arts and the struggle for human rights as we seek to realize in our local community the Foundation's governing motto: "...continuing the dialogue between art and the lives of ordinary people". We deeply believe in the crucial role that the arts play in shaping our consciousness, and the role of artists as agents of social change.

I found the book and conversation valuable, and mostly insightful. Her stance on evo-psych seems poorly argued (a lot of strawman and other BS), but I get it was weaponised by right and does undermine some precious hopes. But it's just inaccurate to say it allows no hope for progress, it only suggests some additional constraints will need to be considered. I guess that stings to the point that some can't reassess. It's unfortunate that the old wound is still infecting her discourse on a quite disconnected phenomenon. With that reservation... I say get the book and consider the arguments!
Totally cool I subscribed
My goodness. It is the morning of Oct 6 and I have been counting the years since Martha left us, feeling so much love for her. This year especially I felt the same love on her birthday. I just typed her name online to see if anyone might be posting something about her and there you all are singing and celebrating. Thank you for posting this joyful video! Elissa Napolin Smith
We are looking forward to Kariné's residency at Saint Louis University next spring. A masterful artist and a remarkably effective teacher.
Such a wonderful performance of Khachaturian's amazing music who deserves to be known much more. And a very interesting lecture about Khachaturian's life story. <3
Karine’ Poghosyan once again does not disappoint in this stunning performance.
Such incredible and important work. Beautifully executed.
Thank you for this wonderful lecture recital about the great Aram Khachaturian!!

Fantastic. Thanks Toney. Sorry I couldn't join
Isn't waving the Canadian flag now considered a "violent extremism"? That was one of the "micro aggressions" that lead to a "feeling of being afraid", and therefore justification to invoke the War Measures Act (Now called the Emergency Powers Act) in Canada.
Had the best time with the audience!
Wonderful music and dancing
👍👍👍👍👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️
Enjoyed the show very much!
You are a great pianist Illya. Thanks for all we've been able to hear.
Very interesting! Unfortunately, when I met Neal in New York City in the mid-1990s as a young Berlin Yiddish singer and Master's student in Jewish history & German-Jewish literature studies, I understood so little English (I just came from my French studies at the Sorbonne in Paris and had previously attended a West Berlin humanistic grammar school with Latin and Ancient Greek) that I literally did not understand Neal and how THE PUFFIN FOUNDATION works. In the meantime I have improved my English and I have discovered their homepage, and I think that this organization is doing very valuable work.
Positively gut bucket! Love it!
Cool!
solid duo...🎶🤗
Wow! Nice Sheryl and Harvie!
