How did I fail to notice this in your "back catalogue"? One of my absolute favourites from summer 1967. Elaine "Spanky" McFarlane has such a distinctive voice, ranking with Cass Elliot IMO. and I'm pleased to find that she is still with us, aged 82. Thanks for this one Pat, finding it has made my day. It's one of those songs that grows in beauty over time. Your work is excellent as always Pat. You make these nice songs, nicer.

This has always been my favorite “dance song” from way back when. This version is awesome! It makes Little Eva sound even more better than any of the cover versions. Thanks again for your great work.

There is one thing that can be said about the Rolling Stones and that is they know how to produce hit songs . Way too many to list here but decade after decade they have come up with hit pop songs . They are the best band ever closely followed by the Beatles……

I just have to point out culturally what this album represents. It’s truly the day music became an art form . The Beatles morfed into this mythical group Sgt. Pepper complete with a new unique sound that was unlike anything they had done previously . What came before it and what has come after it is secondary to this masterpiece of art .

Love this record so much, written for Dee Dee Sharp who passed on it (how did she not want to record this classic dance song?), and gave Eva Boyd her huge break. Your new remix seems to have the vocals more to the fore but great stereo sound. Will have another go at Kylie cover and will be a good listen but for me Pepsi instead of Coke (but do not indulge in fizzy drinks any way). Like Boxing Day for being a bit quieter and another Xmas type dinner. Best wishes Pat and everyone.
