Unbelievable! Listen to Brontosaurus, Tonight, I can hear the grass grow, Curly, Firebrigade and others. Great songs, some of them are already remixed by our digital wizzard 😊
Den Sinn des Songs hat sicher jeder im Leben mal erlebt.. Der Titel passt zur Wetter ,-und Gemütslage..Danke .. Angenehmes Wochenende Wunderbare Einstellung...✌️👏👏👏
One of my favourite tracks from The Move. Produced by Jimmy Miller, who also produced the Rolling Stones between 1968 and 1973. Probably their best albums. Thank you Pat, great work!
🎧👍👍 At 1:50 it is very similar to Nilsson's, Good Old Desk. I'm no expert but this sounds about as British as it gets. At first, I looked for Jeff Lynn but I see he didn't join until 1972. It still seems strange to me to see the UK NO 1 when we barely heard them here. We've discovered that was a phenomenon, haven't we Pat. Good sounding song and a great stereo mix by you. Thank you, Pat for another great addition to your list. While I was checking the Aerial Ballet album at the Harry Nilsson channel, I found that I had made a mistake. I had originally put, Mr. Tinker instead of, Good Old Desk but when I listened, it was obviously the wrong song but I knew it was from this album. Here is another wonderful discovery for me. I told you about how my cassette version of Aerial Ballet started with a weird piano piece that transitioned smoothly into, Everybody's Talkin'. While I was there, I finally found the piece I was talking about. It is the start of the album, Daddy's Song but on my cassette, at the twenty second mark, it went into Everybody's Talkin' instead of what they have here. ruclips.net/video/8THJwXX6LVY/видео.html
@@radiowollaton8521 I always loved Little Cowboy. For some reason Roy Rogers comes to mind when I think of it. Another song from his Schmilsson album that I have thought is one of the best examples of his lovely voice is The Moonbeam Song. He is so smooth here and he also likes to have fun while he is writing. "Or on a fence with bits of crap around its bottom" always gave me a good laugh. Goodnight.
This was the song that got me into the move. My best friend at the time was a couple of years younger than me and he didn't really discover them until they were coming to an end and his favourite song of theirs was California Man. Would be great to hear that done for him. Rest in Peace Dave.
Didn't realise this song never had a stereo mix, sounds good! I met Roy Wood once in a nightclub in Derby, he was very gracious to this rather drunk rambling young man!
Another great quality remix Pat, thank you. For anyone who hasn't heard them I would really recommend listening to your earlier remixes of "Fire Brigade" and "Night of Fear", neither of which have had enough listens.....at least in my opinion!!
Excellent remix, sounds great in quality headphones, the Move's Fire Brigade was the first song I ever bought!. I've just heard a great northern soul song by Gene Latter called Sign On The Dotted Line by can't find a stereo mix of it, would love to hear your take on it.
Hi Steve. To make a stereo remix I need a suitable backing track. I've had a search but nothing came up for this one. Which is a shame, because I like a bit of Northern Soul!
No. 1 in the UK, don't think it was released in the US. Jeff Lynne joined The Move, they changed their name to ELO, but Roy Wood left after the first album. I think he didn't like the record deal they had. I love ELO and many Roy Wood songs, he's up there with Jeff Lynne for me, but nowhere near as well known.
I had never heard of THE MOVE or their song so this was a pleasant surprise. THANKS!
for me too!

Thanks Gerhard. Another one of my early remixes replaced !
The sound with headphones is great, but I like listening in the car, it's extraordinary😊
I've not tried listening to my remixes in the car. I will give it a go. Thanks Mohamed 👍
That's the way how it should sounds !!!
I want to do all of my Move remixes again now Didi !
@@radiowollaton8521 yes, we have to redo our older mixes...

Never heard in before did it chart in the US ?
They didn't have any top 40 hits in the US.

Wood and Lynne knew each other in their youth in Birmingham.
Beatles meet James Bond ??
A little bit.
Is it me or do i hear a james bond type theme in the background?
You're right. I never made the connection before.
@radiowollaton8521 yeah it's cool to hear
This is a vast improvement on the poorly original recording , Its not sore on the ears anymore Cheers Pat.
Thanks James. The original mix was really poor.
This famous song seems to use mellotron, but it's boring as a mono. Nice stereo remix this time too.👍👍
