When you get older you realize the age wasn't the fear but not having all I wanted or thought I wanted by a certain age. Spent the last year and a half busting my ass to learn a new skilled trade. It’s finally starting to pay off. I started out making $90 a day. Eventually got up to $150. Now I get $150 a day on top of 50% of each job I do. So if a job is $1000 I get $500. Based off this week I should be more than doubling what I have been making each week. Where I was getting $750 a week. I’ll get over $1600 this next check and the difference from the $1600 to the $750 was only 3 days of work. If I had worked jobs for 5 days instead I’d likely be looking at a check for over $2200. I am beyond ecstatic

Im a paramedic. In my line of work i am talking to countless people from all walks of life in the course of a day. Everyone i pick up (who is capable of having a conversation anyway) is having issues just surviving. I have had many diabetic patients who were in some form of diabetic emergency simply because they can no longer afford blood sugar testing kits. Its insane and it actually scares me for them to hear that. Imagine not being able to afford something you literally need to survive, something that was considered affordable only a few years ago.
