Honestly? No. There's plenty heartache with being alone, sure, but given the time, location, and family I was born into, I've been blessed enough to discover nearly inconceivable and inexplicable works of incredible art through cinema, video games, and music.
That being said, I can easily say as a fact, that in some ways, I'm downright spoiled by fate. That farmer with a loving wife and 10 kids (6 died before reaching the age of 12) from the year 1689, running his life expecting to die of natural causes in his mid 40s probably doesn't have an easier life than I do, even if certain qualities of his life are good.
