I’m having issues with my trackpads haptic feedback not working. I’ve followed many internet methods and replaced the trackpad completely. The replacement gave the same results. Everything works as it should minus the haptic feedback. I’ve done a factory reset and still nothing. I’m thinking this as a firmware reset may work? Thoughts?

Thanks so much for this. It has successfully revived an old MBP 2012 (9,2) that has been collecting dust since years. I have one problem though. I previously had multiple user accounts on it with one automatically logging in after boot. Now, on sonoma, when I log out of my account to be able to log into my other accounts, the system hangs up. I am getting an infinitely spinning beach ball and no chance to select an account for login. Is this a known problem and do you have a solution?

Macos 14.5 runs very well on my iMac late 2013 27 inch with an SSD of 1TO. :D Its very fast and fluid :) It starts in like 15 seconds

Hello, Kindly help me regarding on fresh install. Unit is MBP 15" mid 2012. Did fresh install, after all the automatic reboots, in the last reboot the unit is stuck at Apple logo with progress bar (I think around 2%) after more than 30 mins the progress bar is still not moving. I repeat the process twice but ended with the same result. I used the same USB installer for 2 other MBP (mid 2014 & mid 2015) and everything went smoothly and working properly. I really don't know what else to do. Please help me with this Mid 2012 unit. Thank you so much.

i have a late 2013 imac 27". it will not install ventura or sonoma. i have 32gb of ram and have monterey installed. what can i do? the ventura USB installer loads the apple logo and then after maybe 15% loading bar, it simply hangs there and will not boot. i have to force shut down the system and then i get a warning it wasnt shut down properly.

how to boot directly without selecting boot drive? I have 2 partitions now it auto boots to old Monterey unless I hold option key that too stays only 5 seconds.
