Small independent creator starts channel, channel grows, channel gets huge, channel gets bought by corporate interests, content quality decreases massively, viewers find new independent creator and the cycle repeats again

Donut media at this point is just ads for cars

There's way more people who have left then just faces on screen. Whole bunch of those behind cameras went with them, some were pushed out some went on theyr own. Guessing those behind cameras in BigTime are old Donut folks aswell.

As someone who fell in love with early Donut, I truly wish everyone the best. Some will carry on their legacy with their audience and all will continue to build a new audience base. Donut is dead to those who got into it 5 years ago. There’s always a new audience who doesn’t know our favorite personalities and they may like the new Donut. It isn’t a binary win/lose. They can all do their own thing and make content people enjoy. The fandom bickering is toxic and unnecessary

I usually really try and avoid mean comments but honestly dude this video is an absolute rehash of exactly what the creators of donut have said in their videos about leaving the company. You added absolutely zero new information, you are essentially doing exactly what large media corporations are doing, trying to profit of the work of others. If you want to make content great do it, but make it your own, don't use other people's clips, restating almost verbatim what has already been said. It is such a useless exercise designed to do one thing, get you views based on donuts current problems. The fact that this video has as many views as it does is really sad, I'm so sick of reaction videos and meta content - if you can't be creative enough to come up with your own ideas, content, and videos maybe just don't be a content creator. We live in a messed up world.

I love cars but those guys are unbearably annoying. I tried to watch many times, but no.

By the way, all the background employees at Donut Media that wrote, filmed, edited, organized and brought videos to us, deserve better. I hope the ownership realizes all of the hemorrhages they have caused and get their act together for their remaining talents.

Nirvana sucks. They're the most overrated musical act of all time. When people get hype for Nirvana they are telling the world they don't have good taste in music or even know what music is.

There's a few things I'm still following in Donut, but I will admit that it's just not the same

Doughnut media used to be great but they started losing their way, doing stuff that wasn't really relevant to the average viewer a while ago, the $500 civic they threw thousands of dollars at and the recent truck build (while a cool concept) didn't really do it for me or any of my friends. Big Time seems to be a lot more relevant to the average petrolhead and I'm cautiously optimistic about Speeed.
