Astrid Lingren Memorial Award (Alma) 2018 Reaction
The blatant racism towards whites is very evident within the first few chapters. She describes the white mother as “old”, but describes the black mother who is within the same age range as “so pretty… beautiful…”😅 Portrays whites to be superior in intellect, looking down on the blacks. The inferiority complex is greatly evident these days. These are harmful messages to our youth and we see the ramifications of it played out in society, with the knock out games and blacks demanding reparations to get free stuff and bully whites into submission.
Garbage & shouldn't be allowed for children readers
I have watched this movie several times. At the end you can hear goats bleating. Perhaps Shula's rain dance worked. I don't understand how Shula died but her funeral was heartbreaking and beautiful at the same time
I really do love this list and I agree with around 95% of it, however with that being said, I believe L could go into Ravenclaw as well, as Ravenclaws value Intelligence, creativity and wit. L does seem to respect people with intelligence and integrity, he is very creative and a very creative thinker, and he is actually very witty. Also with Slytherins, it may be a stereotype but a lot of Slytherins do fall into this, they want power, that’s the difference between light and L, L craves knowledge for Knowledge sake, while Light craves power. He didn’t just want to rid the world of criminals, but he wanted to be a god. If that isn’t power hungry, I don’t know what is. Yes, L can be manipulative, and cunning, but many intelligent people can be this way. (Not saying all are) I feel like L could be a Slytherclaw.
You explain so good I like it😊 7:23
Thanks for this review! I love Naomi kawase's work! Do you know where I can find more of her films?
This was such a great book more of Nagata Kabi are just the same honest but brutal but I enjoy all of them THEYRE to real and I like seeing from others peoples eyes, great book
Her bangs are on point.
She wanted a hug.
L is certainly a Slytherin, he is manipulative and cunning, lies and tricks people to get his goals and is very ambitious. People have to stop thinking all Slytherins are evil.
I'm reading this comic (vol 4 currently), and girl, it's awesome
Amiga este manga es una bomba!!!! Tan real y viceral, totalmente alejado de los cliches del yuri.
the correct one would be Yagami Light in Gryffindor, as it is represented by the red colors due to courage and strength
Not to break anything but FlutterCord is canon
You should put time stamps for each character, good video tho :)
Good review, Appreciated ~ from South Korea !

Outstanding play
Hard sex
You mentioned there are book with loves scenes that make you cringe. What are some of those?
10like 👍👍🌺
I think this is my favorite volume. It really blends everything I love about Saga in perfect harmony. Not only does it deal with complex themes but it also combines really satisfying character developments, (Prince Robot!)
Hello friend
I watch this movie about seven months ago and I thought that it was so interesting. Not enough people have done reviews on it. The mention of the “American gaze” was so minor in comparison to the grander scheme of things. It was troubling and ignorant as most of the world views Americans. Shula has a troubled world around her in every way.
This may sound crazy but I think Near is a Gryffindor, I mean he's brave and he doesn't trust people so much as long as it is for the succession of the case. He's not evil either nor harsh but just strong and doesn't give an F, he may not have strengths but he is daring, his strategies are perfectly planned and organized, a true Gryffindor.
I just read Pig Tales and went straight to RUclips to see if anyone had talked about it. 😊 thankfully you had! Thanks for your pov, really resonated on few points that were confusing for me in the book!!!!
Hey ! I've just discovered your beautiful channel through this tag. I loved it <3 Kisses from Morocco. Niss
Great review!!! Love from VA
Thanks for the review, I watched the movie and it was the best movie I had watched in a very long time... Thank you. Edit: that pokemon chillin by your side tho 😂
FlutterShy is awesome. =0)
Wow that sounds like a really unique bookstore. Thanks for sharing!
Looks like some interesting novels ... thanks for sharing. =0)
I loved the simpsons as a kid. Lisa is awesome. Shes determined but level headed.
Lisa's the best character on the whole Simpsons! And I feel like there's so much food at Thanksgiving that as long as you cooked some amount of the stuffing outside of the turkey and maybe bought some vegetarian gravy you would be good to go lol
I agree! Though I also love Maggie a lot (the agag of her being a super-genius is a fav of mine). And true! I think I'd even true to have some tofu for her just in case.
Great video! I like the first pony you mentioned especially - she sounds like a brilliant friend and if you were a friend to her I’d imagine you’d help her realize when she shouldn’t let someone walk all over her too. I love how even though Song is not the nicest you still invite him to make sure the party never gets boring 😂
Fluttershy is the best! And yes, I would - and thankfully her friends in the show due as well (it's a very uplifting show). Haha yeah, I think the fact that I 100% agree with Song's insights helps a lot - He'd keep the party interesting, and I'd just nod to the things he says, no matter how snarky he gets :-D
Just found your channel! I like your jacket! Nice video!
Thank you!
What a great video idea! I'm not too big into Little ponies, but she is pretty darn cute! Yes! Finger breaking bad ass sorry! I, also, add or Lisa Simpson. What a great idea! I love the editing. Great video! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks, I have Sam to thank for that :-D All the ponies are very cute, but Fluttershy is the cutest! Makina was pretty cool, I recommend the book she was in. And Lisa is just the best. Thank you so much for watching!
Love your jacket. I was not expecting the pony or Lisa! I think I would be intimidated by Huey
Thank you! I'm happy I was able to surprise you. Haha yeah, I think Huey would intimidate me too, but I think I'd like it :-D
That doesn't sound even close to accurately depicting a person with ADHD.
I thought so too! They say in the comic that he also has another diagnoses, but it still felt very inaccurate.
Tourissim??
one thing you got wrong is that there is actually a sht ton of gay mangas , like insane amount of titles , and there are even dedicated shops with only gay mangas , now if they are seccessful is a different topic, but because someone's gay doesnt mean they have to write about it, lot of gay authors produce fighting, scifi, mysteries and what not mangas.
This was a brilliant movie review. I am definitely going to have to watch this one because even though it’s sad, it sounds like a moving and really thoughtful movie. It sounds like all the casting did a great job with it as well. Thanks letting me know about it!
Aw, Thank you so much! I recommend definitely checking out this film, and some of Spike Lee's other work as well - He's both visually gifted, but also makes movies that actually make one think. Hope you enjoy! Thank you for watching!
thanks for the review. you convinced me to read the book!
Great haul! I hope you enjoy them!
good review ..great movie
I am fascinated by the open hours of this bookstore! It makes shopping there sound really special. Also, that sweater is fantastic.
It is! And thank you <3
Wow, it blows my mind there are people that think The Fault in our Stars is whimsical/not serious enough. I thought it was super serious and depressing lol. I mean, I know there are moments where the characters are joking around and stuff, but that's just realistic. No one's going to be serious all the time, even if (and maybe even especially if) they're dying. Plus, from a writer's perspective, a book that's just a sludge of sadness from cover fo cover isn't going to go over well. You need light moments to give your readers a break and to make the sad moments more poignant
Hi, so osrry for late reply! And yes, I found the "it's so sappy" argument really weird. And I agree! I find the most interesting stories the ones where people find joy and laughter, despite hard times. Thank you for watching!
I love your shirt so much!! the first book you mentioned sounds so interesting, I really need to learn some new languages to read it
Thank you <3 It seems really good! And it's so cool it's been translated so much! :-) Thank you for watching <3
That Hulk book would also make me angry. It sounds so gross.
It was! I'm glad that this kind of trope is going out of style nowadays :-)
I'm glad you could get some good Finnish books! Also, when the book has been translated into so many languages you just know it's going to be good. A nice variation between novels and poetry here too. Enjoy them all x
Yes, due to the short opening hours it's difficult to get there, but I finally did! Haha yeah, I feel like there's also a lot of politics involved, but I was very excited to see a kids book get so many translations :-) And Thank you! Thank you for watching!
