Archotech expansion mods are awesome for making a full archo pawn. I like to do playthroughs of Naked Brutality (I think that’s the name of the start? Been a bit) just dropping in a single archo pawn and seeing how that goes. They can be insanely OP, but the caveat is a pawn with all that archotech is *INSANELY VALUABLE,* and thus you’re absolutely facing larger and far more *dangerous* raids quickly, and much more massive threats.

Fact is, you need DLC for a decent pawn. Even w all 20s, all archotech, best traits and armor.. a couple fuckin inbreds w bows can still whack your ass.

In my last playthrough, I had 6 super soldiers with all the bionics, cataphract armour and jump packs. I would drop them in ODST-style with a transport pod onto enemy bases. Peak rimworld. It was great!

While on the road to make the perfect solider you might want to get a sword made out of bioferrite, the material introduced in the Anomaly DLC. A craftable legendary bioferrite longsword is only outclassed by a legendary persona monosword and it gives a boost into psychic abilities.

If we take into account the Anomaly DLC, curing scars and age-related diseases becomes extremely simple using void rituals, so even a decrepit pawn can return to being a teenager with just a handful of "human batteries".

"Bad" traits can help lower pawn value. Prisoners is where this can be min/max.

hay @Noobert they hyped up the game and last video they uploaded on youtube was about 10 months ago and now the hype is gone and end up being forgotten and I starting to feel like this is a scam as the close beta progress been at 76% mostly this whole year and no word about close beta to be out and I am starting to loose hope of this game. Can you check up with them why they are about a year off of there close beta estimation that they said at the start of the kick starter. I even have an email still saying that too

Me, a gigachad who builds colony the same way as you see modular colonies in sci-fi to have urban warfare on streets like in Mass Effect. The tip is to have your "box" with some walls outside act as bulkheads around main structure. It both allows to go around building with full wall cover and looks nice if you prefer open looking colony.
