I'm surprised you found Paris safe. I thought it was a hellhole last time i was there. I witnessed 3 pickpocketings (1 was just after and i believe a weapon was involved as a woman was crying hysterically speaking to the police). We also saw a fight in the underground, blood everywhere and it went on and on. The police never turned up before pur train left.

I grew up in Bern and still live in Bern and I could never live in a place without mountains. I have traveled a bit and places without mountains just feel like there's something missing

Penny Lane is literally a 20 minute bus ride from where you are Strawberry Fields and John Lennons birthplace another 10,who told you an hour and a half?

Its such a genuinely beautiful city. I'm from Ireland and was all around Europe and just visited Edinburgh last year I was so mad I hadn't gone there before, its like 45 mins on a plane and honestly my favourite city in all of Europe.

I am from Brazil, living g in Switzerland since 1988. I live very close to the Gurten. You guys were lucky to see the mountains, as usually you can't see them. Actually, we are always happy to see this beautiful landscape. Bern is a beautiful place, I love it, especially in summer, where we go to swim in the river Aare.

I absolutely LOVE the enthusiasm and cultural appreciation our American and Canadian friends display whenever they visit the UK in general, and England in particular. Their 'reactions' over the years have certainly enhanced MY appreciation for having been born in these magical islands! If only more of THEM would come and settle here, as opposed to certain others I could mention, with _their_ sense of entitlement, cultural hostility, and indifference.

St Pauls and West Minster Abby are free if you go to a service then you can do the tour .

Greyfriars graveyard has the title of the most haunted graveyard in the world. The skull and crossbones on the graves and the tombs. One tomb in particular is known to have a dangerous ghost.

Just two things. Literally, just around the corner of Greyfriars churchyard is George Herriot's - the inspiration as well as model for Hogwarts. And William McGonagall. He's not only Britain's worst poet. The Royal Shakespeare Society have him down as the worst live performance as Macbeth. His story is a musical in-waiting.

Scotland voted to remain in Europe was outvoted by England voting to brexit. Scotland was told to reman. In Europe you needed to remain in uk. Pensioners told they would lose their pension by leaving the uk. Davidson sampled every vote in each city across Scotland. Yes votes were on No tables..fire alarms where goong off leaving votes unattended when evacuating the buildings ? Postal votes went missing and Davidson gave out the result live on bbc before the finap counts had beem counted ..scotlands whisky is still under Westminster thats worth billions of pounds along with scotlands gas and oil. Not everything is given to the scottish government . Thdy do not have control over everything .
