Getting Engaged in Paris 💍

A surprise proposal in the City of Love turned an already amazing day into one of the most important days of our entire lives. And because it was such a massive moment, we felt we couldn't just show it to you guys and move on without giving some more context (plus, there's a bit of a story behind it that we wanted to share!).
The travel vlogs will continue with the next video -- but as far as THIS video is concerned, this is the tale of how we went from boyfriend & girlfriend to an engaged couple in Paris, France.

Awww happy folk 🍷 and yep, not an inexpensive tour! Yay, more suffering to come 😂 Many, many years ago, on a trip to St Petersburg with friends, lost, we flagged down a car, based on a travel guide info, to get back to our cruise ship. We gave the driver chocolate biscuits as we had no cash.

Congratulations! loving watching all of your videos, beautiful place for a proposal, lovely and special background. I'm hoping my boyfriend will do something like this. We've been together for almost 3 years, lived together for 1 and a half and we're going to Japan in 2 weeks so my fingers are crossed. But I don't want to pressure him too much because he'll probably feel the same as Brain that he'll want to make sure i'm not expecting it but at the same time, i'll be really sad if he doesn't when this is the biggest holiday of our lives.
