I updated successfully Windows 11 Pro 64bit to 24H2 version. I had Windows 11 already installed before on this older Intel 2nd generation i7 2600k machine. I have add lines to registry like suggested here and then using Rufus portable (latest version) to install ISO file to USB key.

I actually bought a _BRAND NEW_ Huion H420 to use because there are drivers for it for WindowsXP and the original H420 is still made apparently. Big biiig godsend since these 20 year old laptops can still draw and 3D model just fine. 😄 There are definitely some programs that are so new they won't install on JUST 'old' sp3 without a few newer KB updates. ------ And I submitted huion driver 10.1 to that one archive website thing so anyone could get an H420/H690 working on XP

Windows XP is a lot more usable if you use the Extended kernel known as One-Core-API.

This is incredible, I’ve got a little portable tablet pc thing that runs windows vista that constantly wines about checking for updates. Maybe now I can get it to shut up

You can update Windows XP and the other operating systems with Windows Update Restored!

Id use Integral xp with a firewall and sandbox all web applications , Avast still has an xp version

I've never needed "windows support" and "troubleshooter", which never works, in many years. only trouble with it is when software makers and microsoft block it. much of windows 11 is the same as XP (microsoft doesn't rewrite everything each release). you're just buying it again in a different box! more and more, I just go to Linux which runs on anything for free and has most windows software so there's little learning curve.

I used to play this with my brothers. The only catch was only the person with the physical game could choose which bounty hunter to play, the rest of us had to play Gredo. It made it hard to beat that person regardless of which mode it was.

I use xp with superium h web browsing web browser which is an updated chromium browser that works on windows xp and above so we should be good with web browsing for a while on xp

I still have a windows Xp machine laying around. That I still use. I used legacy update to get it up and running. But majority of the time it sits turned off and disconnected from the internet for the old games I do want to play. Mainly old board games from 2001 to 2012.

When I went looking for a record of a Win 10 purchase from Microsoft, I found an email receipt dated Feb 2005. I had forgotten that I downloaded XP Pro x64 directly from Microsoft for free back then. The key is in the email. The link no longer works, though. I have several copies of XP, but I went to that shady Internet Archive LOL and downloaded a 900MB slip streamed XP Pro x64 .iso. All the updates and packs. I was able to find specific XP x64 drivers for my 2012 Lenovo M92P (3rd Gen Core i5, 24GB RAM and an SSD.) Drivers and programs for my printer and scanner (both fairly old, as well.) I had to buy a PCI-e WiFi card, but it was new in box with a driver CD, with XP x64 drivers. Nobody does CDs any more, amirite? I may go try Legacy Update and see what, if anything is missing. I use the Supermium browser for XP.

The Supermium Browser works with Windows XP, it's a Chrominum fork and is still updated... It will even allow you to install ublock origin on it which with all the Windows XP security holes, you absolutely need.

I emulated and played this last year, it's actually a really well made game with so much passion put into it. Sure it had some bugs and there is a really annoying glitch in the last level. But it's still a really good game especially for DS. I played both this and the Complete Saga on the DS and this is definitely better than Complete Saga (not the console version). Playing this game, it's really obvious the devs loved Star Wars but had time constraints and platform constraints, it seems like they wanted it to be a PSP game but had to release on DS instead because it's so overly ambitious for a DS game with sometimes absolutely huge levels. I honestly had a lot of fun exploring the levels because they were well made. Anyways, blocking your channel because I won't put up with sh*t taste.

4:30 - I never realised until you pointed it out, this game really does have crazy good sound, the only reason I know that for a fact is this was the earliest game I can remember/only game in the ps2 generation that I actually used the sounds as cues to tell where the enemies are or if a grenade was thrown nearby etc etc and yes the loading screen is AMAZING, didn't they get rid of the sound in the remake? or maybe I'm just confusing that with the fact battlefront 2 2005 did away with it in exchange for... bubbles and a static screen :(

Got to play this mode with my cousins via Single-card and even that was fun with 3-4 people, just go around blasting each other

Windows 8 is still way better than Windows 11 yet less ugly and buggy.
