That area is still mostly Jamaican/West Indian. There were NO white looking 20yr old Puerto Ricans selling crack over there AT ALL during the 80s and 90s LOL. I’d say there’s a huge difference of culture between black Americans and blacks all over the world. That being said, I genuinely feel acknowledging the groundwork black Americans have done is pivotal. however, the jobs not even done and jokes about being booty scratchers or not having culture does nothing but takes your eyes off the goal. The jobs not done guys and we’re focused again on fighting amidst ourselves while the enemy reaps the benefits of our culture and where we all are from.
