1. 😂😂 Soon! The current plan is for the next Oathmark game to feature the Elves. At last. 2. Yes, pre-measuring is absolutely fine, you can measure anything at any time. 3. I mostly play solo. I started with an "AI" but found it was just simpler and easier to just play both sides. The Activation roll is good enough to ensure nothing ever goes to plan 😆 4. I find 2000pts can be a squeeze on the 4x4 and is better on the larger table.

Yeah, it was rough. That wraith was brutal! I think things would have played out quite differently had the Dwarves been able to pressure that flank, but alas, the dice would not have it!

@@AshandStoneNZ Aye I feel like if the wraith came out on the other side it wouldn't have caused the elves nearly as much issues as they seemed to have the methods to deal with it the Dwarves just never seemed to get an effective offence against it

Yeah, the wraith is rough at the beginning when you don't have the tools to deal with it. The big problem for the Dwarves was that it went straight for the Wizard Dolmir and then he couldn't escape. Because he was stuck in combat, he couldn't cast Grenade (let alone any other spell), and so they couldn't kill it. It was bad luck all round. If that construct had held on for a single turn it could have been very different! But that's the dice!

I certainly hope so too! I won't be disappointed which ever way it goes in this series of games, but I don't want it to be a stomp! So hopefully the dice will even things out.
