I don't know why anyone would want the spaghetti of either system if gaming is their intention. Of the two the Thunderbolt system seems most convenient and universally supported but docks with GPUs in them are damned expensive.

I'm using Intel ARC A750 as eGPU USB4 and it is working. but if you miss the timing of switch on for PSU it will causes VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR error, and also when you using GPU for first time （every time）freeze for 5 sec.

Hmm, seeing this review makes me think of this as a pc gaming monitor with that 130+ Hz refresh rate (In theory, have not seen it in action), along a portable streaming platform/mobile gaming display for phones, could actually use it for whenever one wants at home on different environments... interesting device. Are you going to do benchmarks on it while doing pc gaming and other applications? Thanks for the video.

as things are right now, i will buy a mini pc with the oculink port and the other things just because i can get spare parts of the same model for like 5 years if something happen to my hardware, aside that there is not a lot of margin to update the entire stack, also the laptop spare parts aside the same things and most of times having the cpu fused with the motherboard just put an extra price to the maintenance and maintanability of the full build, so for me the oculink with mini pc is better option than had to get a laptop with more things that can broke at higher price. Aaaaand i think i watched that in your other video, wich was alongside this very good because gpu's sure are expensive.

I realize having a handheld PC from that company if you switch their drivers with a normal driver or custom one the device doesn't function well anymore also the device stops functioning good when you put your own windows instead of their software windows type the device stops working good so it sucks because it's like they set up their devices too only work with their software or drivers so that's not cool and that's why when I had the onexplayer 2 pro I sold it after like 2 months I say the only thing that company's good for is they're onexGPU and that's it because at least you can put whatever driver on that and it won't mess with the EGPU.......... So my to go to handheld PC would be my legion go for now I don't care too much that it only have 16 gigs of RAM but I can still play my triple-A games on it with no problem also the battery is not that good but whatever like I said if you have a battery bank you can keep going

Will get a 5080 for my 13600k when 5080 comes for 4k gaming. Guessing its not much of a bottleneck in 4k gaming. Seen some reviews and even the best of the best x3 times more expensive CPUs just give a few more fps so feels like a waiste unless your cracy rich

you bought the worst possible version. Intel doesn't have good mobile cpu/gpu. amd wins over intel to a very large extent. Why did you buy the Intel version? It's enough to read on the Internet that Intel sucks at mobile gaming
