Homemade Apple Bread | Egg-Milk-Butter-Free
@VrouwOlle Super moist, soft and tender sweet apple bread. It needs no frosting.
Vegetarian recipe.
This dough is heavy. It needs a raising power (agents) to grow. That’s why You must use both - baking powder and baking soda in this recipe.
Making this bread is easy, but baking time is long 55-60 min, 180 (C) = 350 (F) + about 10 min to preheat the oven to 180 (C) before baking.
I didn’t peel apples before grating.
My oven bakes this bread 57 min.
For this recipe I use a baking tin 30 cm x 11 cm.
Line your tin with parchment paper before baking.
And let this Apple Bread rest after baking till tomorrow or at least a few hours. It tastes better the next day (to my personal taste). I can say even ...
