Apple Cake is a piece of cake

‪@VrouwOlle‬ Easy to prepare - easy to bake. You don't need any baking experience to bake this apple cake. How I make an apple cake:
1. You'll need the following for the pastry:
Ingredients:
3 apples
3 eggs
1 regular cup all-purpose wheat flour + a pinch of salt
1/2 (half) cup of sugar
5 tablespoons of milk
8 gr vanilla sugar=1 teaspoon
8 gr baking powder=1 teaspoon
OR baking soda 1/2 (half) teaspoon
cinnamon 1 teaspoon
a pinch of muscat nut powder/nutmeg (optional)
any vegetable oil or margarine, or butter, or baking spray (to grease a cake mould with).
2. Cut apples into pieces, add spices to it.
3. Mix with a fork all ingredients in a large bowl (starting first with eggs and sugar).
4. Grease a cake mould. For this cake I used a silicone cake mould 18cm x 20cm.
5. Place apple pieces into it, then place the pastry above and put the cake mould into the oven.
Don't forget to preheat your oven before baking, 10min, 180 degrees (C).
Baking time 45 min, 180 degrees (C).
A piece of advice:
a pinch of curcuma is also good for this recipe, curcuma gives a wonderful, yellow colour for pastry, only don't use it much otherwise the pastry will be with strong taste and spicy.
