  • ‪@VrouwOlle‬ Simple to make. You can make it more or less budget-friendly.
The difference between a crumble and a crisp, one is with oatmeal or oats and the other is without. I've never baked it before, but it is really good.
For this recipe I used a baking pan 27 cm x 18 cm.
Don't make my mistake - to put an apple peel to a crisp. It is eatable, but hard to chew.
Ingredients for a Crumble (for 2 persons):
    all-purpose wheat flour 100 gr
    butter 50 gr
    white sugar 2 tablespoons
    apple 1
    banana 1-2
any fresh or frozen berries 30-50 gr (tossed in or mix with a corn of potato flour/starch or with wheat flour - 1 tablespoon).
For this recipe I used frozen rasberry and bluberry.
Any vegetable oil to grease a pan.
Ingredients for a Crisp (for 2 persons):
    apples 3
dried cranberries or raisins 30 gr
    all-purpose wheat flour 80 gr
    oatmeal 70 gr
    butter 70 gr
brown sugar 2-3 tablespoons, you can add more to your taste
    cinnamon 1 teaspoon
    curcuma powder ½ teaspoon
    vanilla sugar = 8 gr
Any vegetable oil to grease a pan.
You can zest a lemon or an orange (only colour peel, white one is bitter). You can add any grinded nuts.
Preheat the oven before baking to 180 degrees (C), 10 min.
    1.Baking time for a crumble 30 min, 200 degrees (C) .
    2.Baking time for a crisp 30 min, 180 degrees (C) .
