Chocolate & Coffee | Boost Your Mood | Easy Mini Cake

‪@VrouwOlle‬ Sweet and delicious. Chocolate and coffee. What a combination!
Very easy to make with a hand mixer in one blending jar. Minimal effort is involved. Try it!
Ingredients:
all-purpose wheat flour 1 regular cup* (130-140 gr flour)
baking powder 1 teaspoon
egg 1
brown sugar 100 gr
milk chocolate 50 gr
instant coffee 1 teaspoon + hot water ½ cup (100 ml)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil (I used sunflower oil)
a little bit of butter to grease a pan
*a cup of 250 ml
Optional - You can zest a lemon or an orange (only colour peel, white one is bitter).
I used a baking pan 27 cm x 18 cm.
Preheat the oven before baking to 160 degrees (C), 10min.
Baking time 40 min, 160 degrees (C) = 320 (F).
N.B. Don’t open the oven door while baking (first 30 min). Cool air will change the temperature in the oven.
