So enjoyed travelling in your pocket in this blog! Well done for getting to the EN&T dr - at last you know or will know what’s causing your problem. Please say the name of a product you introduce … eg the - I’m guessing it was Elemis cleanser? Sore side of mouth … sodium laureth sulphate in toothpaste can cause this - check yours’ ingredients, try using a low tech toothpaste like Arm & Hammer for a few weeks (it still has fluoride which is ok). Well done your comment re b****y remarks. Let’s have more kindness. New house looking great. I knew Annabels in 80s and 90s - so so special. X

Charlie you’re so very right about talking to the older generation. My parents are gone now and how I regret not showing more interest in their past lives, mainly during WWII. Some I know of, but now I have so many question marks especially looking through tons of old photos and letters. And as for blue and white china, I too have been a sucker for it ever since I discovered it when Habitat first opened in London and were selling it. Oh and gorgeous Anton❤

I have suffered with the slits at the edge of my mouth since I was a teen, it always flares up when I’m run down - the docs have always told me it’s iron deficiency. Iron tablets and additional Iron in diet have always helped me, especially during colder / darker months 💚

I’m new to your channel but love every one of your vlogs. I don’t know how you do all you get into each day, well done! I was once told cracks in the corners of the mouth are to do with stress, and perhaps even your throat problem, stress and fatigue affect our health so much. (Not very helpful perhaps 🤔!). Gosh that Scottish sea doesn’t exactly look very enticing does it. So sorry you’re getting unhelpful/rude comments, basically jealousy as my mother used to say when I was at school…. You definitely don’t deserve it ❤❤❤

Another lovely blog - Brava Chelsea for saving the day! Have just read ‘Your Body’s Many Cries For Water’ by Dr F Batmanghelidj - he recommends sipping water for reflux/hiatus hernia (and pretty much everything else!) may help and certainly won’t hurt. It will be interesting to see how your bloods come back - sadly most RDAs of vitamins are woefully low and we are mostly deficient in B and D vitamins
