The green velvet jacket is absolutely beautiful, I have subscribed, so keeping my fingers and toes crossed😃 I am super interested in interiors, we have been furnishing our 400 year old farm cottage this past year which has been great fun. I had a visit to Stable Antiques today and picked up the perfect vase, would love to find more antique shops that we might not know about in the area. Praying for a speedy recovery for your brother🙏🏻
Well that was fun going along to the Christmas Fairs, how I miss going to those. Your two new jackets are the bees knees Miss. The gorgeous blue velvet suit combo such a great ensemble and so elegant for special occasions and outings. Yet the jacket can surely be dressed down or up. The green quilted jacket such a fab piece and loved the one you got in summer as well. Such special pieces. Sorry to hear about your Mum's dear friend passing. So very good of you to go and really means so much to the family and helps them thru their difficult time. Your Mum would be so pleased you went. I know both your folks had their challenges with mental health and you are such a wonderful example of someone who triumphs through adversity. My dear Mum just crumbled and leaned on her glass of wine to cope . I found I was not going to take that path and take things head on instead. Find sticking ones head in the sand never resolves anything does it. You and I are both so alike in that way. Fab vlog my as usual. Hope all goes wdell with the catering job this weekend and you get to relax a while.

Good morning Charlie. I’ve added 2 photos. One is of an extendable pulley airer from Lakeland which is so useful without being too intrusive. The other is of a bar that is above my Aga on which I can dry a full load of washing within hours. Just a thought! Wonderful vlog, look after yourself❤️xx

For the laundry why don't you use one of the boys' rooms when they are away and have a dehumidifier on? I have a dehumidifier in my laundry room and it literally dries most things in a matter of hours. It's not ideal having to go up an down with the laundry but it might be a good interim solution until you sort out your laundry room in one of the sheds? Also the dehumidifier is cheaper to run than the electric aga...Love how the kitchen is coming along, it's so cosy x
I can recommend Delonghi, an Italian make that does brilliant dehumidifiers that aren't too expensive. The key is to make sure that you buy ones for the right weather. There are some dehumidifiers that only work in really hot climates (e.g. Florida weather) that aren't suited for drying laundry in the UK 😊. Hope it helps x
Hi Charlie, you are looking fab and I love the heart to heart parts of your vlog. Cracked corners of mouth can be low B vitamins, I get that myself sometimes. Hi Charlie - I wonder if your problem with your dry lips and cracked corners of mouth could likely be fit B and/or iron deficiency. I have suffered myself in the past quite significantly but no longer due to better supplementation which a vitamin B complex which works very well as well as altering my diet to include iron rich foods. I am not an expert regarding nutrition but know an awful lot about it because of my own health issues in the past so should you want any info I am more than happy to try to help you. As a side note I have been through a lot problems/menopause issues / thyroid issues etc I am 56years old with a husband who is a GP so together we've learnt a lot regarding later life female health issues.. I thank you for your openness and delightful videos which brighten my day X. Fingers crossed your brother recovers well.
