I disagree with family always come first, please be very careful how you give advice, I come from a very toxic family and they forced me to marry a man who I met on the wedding day, my parents were very cruel people but on the surface so respected in the community. I am now trying to leave this forced marriage (my husband has been abusive and we never connected) thankfully I am in the uk and not in a country where I could not have a second chance. After my terrible experience with my husband I am considering marrying from another culture it is just too painful for me to think about staying in my culture.

one just ask me to marry him for the visa .Is arabic and muslim as well . i always through he was my good friend because he was caring ,loving but im losing a lot because he enjoy bringing me down with his words . so if i put in a balance ⚖️ what i recieve more from him . idk i just feel he hates something about me and wanna change ,is judgmental,jealous , and being friends doesn't mean he needs to know my personal life and finances . he said is worry . Hi Sweet Fuad! Thanks for the advice! I am a person who always helps/educates the underdog in my Country. I love to see people uplifting themselves & improving their lives. It is so true what you are saying. I noticed especially amongst the black people in South Africa, they get so jealous when they see other people doing well & then try to destroy them. It is so sad to observe this. Same happened to me in a way. I was engaged to my partner for many years. I was politically involved & chosen to stand for councillor in our area where we lived & also had achievements in my career. Never once did he congratulate me or support me. I was told by a friend that I chased him away when I became politically involved. When I was working hard he found someone else. I'm not broken but just a little disappointed after we spent so many years together. I now hope to find a special Arab man to settle down with. If it doesn't happen, I will know Allah/God has other plans for me. I will still be happy. I don't know why, but I have such a strong feeling I belong in the desert. Lots of love & peace.❤❤❤❤
