I know its just a bit late. But i did once have problems with my manager in the local council of all places. To the extent that the collegue sat next to me, also the union rep i joined. Turns out they never got the Dyspraxia report i brought in with me. The Rep read it then passed it to my manager i was later informed he had said. "If i'd have known he had this i wouldn't have hired him." That was the first week of my year long apprenticeship. But the thing was, because he had my report he basically did everything it said not to do to make my life an abslute misery, and the Union Rep was too busy covering himself than actually sticking up for me. So a report is good, but at the same time it's an instruction book for anyone will ill intent to basically have you perform at your worst.

I sprained my ankle last year while absolutely piss drunk. It still hurts a year later unfortunately. I am going to the doctor next week to get a treatment plan set up

I've been binging your podcast the alst few days, just to have something in the background. My ticks normally don't activate normally, but everytime I see Jonks eye twitch, I tick...

The Dyson headphones aren't great headphones or a great filtration system. The tuning of the drivers is horrid and the filters barely create enough pressure to keep outside air out. The face piece is open top and bottom, so it's equally mediocre to the sound quality. The marketing is great though. 😂

As someone moving onto college for Animal Management, you need basic passes in English, Maths and Science for me (Grade 4/C). Some colleges allow a Grade 3/E but an actual job would require a basic pass for my simple level. Very interesting to hear this college/uni discussion.

Loads of support Cath. I’m another woman with a body and brain that throws error messages at will. I’m 48 now and disabled to the point of not being able to work and mostly ok with it but when I was younger it was a struggle. Got schizophrenia, a malformed uterus, spinal injury, rheumatoid arthritis etc. and I’m totally ok with not having kids but it’s not ever having the choice to be ‘normal’ that annoys me.

Ever since I was a child I have had two recurring nightmares: The first, a gypsy who tries to enter my house, while I try to close the door on her, which she tries to push to enter, well the gypsy's hand didn't end well, when I finally ended the nightmare, since the her fingers fell off when I slammed the door shut (and her hand was where the door closed). The second nightmare, however, is of an angry person, with a red face (as if he had had too much sun on his face), and intense blue eyes. In this second nightmare I am a 3/4 year old child. Not to mention the fact that as a child I couldn't wake up from these nightmares. Then I wonder why I suffer from insomnia! lOl
