You shot me in the back with that Sub clip. Was starting to feel so sure you wouldn't make that mistake, But i guess not. If you truly wanted unity, you would know better than to add any clip of either language. Your just another Sub watcher chasing Japan.

I think really one of the few flaws of blue box is that Chinatsu plays basketball like Julius Randle

As much as I like Hina more as a character, I think Chinatsu (early on, at least) is probably the most intriguing and unique thing Blue Box had going for it. A romance where we basically never got the POV of one of the two leads added a lot of intrigue to the progression since we never really knew what the results of Taiki’s actions towards her would be. Ironically, I don’t think she’s as interesting once she gets more focus. But she made for a pretty interesting hook.

All jokes aside, the reason why this anime is so popular is because it merges the D&D fandom with the anime fandom... In such a way that both fandoms can coexist happily... There is so much lore in this anime that is accurate to D&D that it's hard not to love this anime... Typically I always zone out with anime fantasy because it's never really accurate to the lore I grew up with, dungeon Meshi is different... They don't just keep it lore accurate, They actually add to the lore... The description of dungeon loot bugs and their ecosystem with mimics is *chef's kiss* I will legitimately use that in my campaigns. I promise you...

I was always hoping they would eat a ghost so I could make a joke about soul food...

Ahhhh I would love a video on Shirayuki and Zen!! Snow White with the Red Hair is one of my fave romance animanga. Also, love this video on A Sign of Affection, did not consider how this story does world building

I also thought that Hina and Taiki had better chemistry than Chinatsu and Taiki till i reread the whole manga before the anime and especially after Chinatsu's birthday her and Taiki's chemistry is phenomenal. So much clever and subtle character building happens that I could not pick up on it reading week to week. Also Hina is only best girl in the show because Ayame isn't gonna be in it till like the last couple of episodes I will stand by this.
