I would like to know if not including a physical address in my email increases the chances of it going to spam. Additionally, if my email contains only images, is there a possibility it could be marked as spam? I would appreciate your answers to these questions.

I dont understand how ive violet the terms of service. I run a brick and mortar business. I was potentially moving abroad, and I have asked each one of my clients, in person, over the past few months, if I could put them on my newsletter so they would know what happens. Im now not moving abroad, so ive taken all these clients emails from my booking system, to mail chimp, and been suspended. I'm fuming! I was relying on mail chimp!!!!

Does this still apply in 2024? I can't find the "classic automations" link

A quick note for anyone who is trying to navigate Mailchimp's changed interface: You will not see STATS anymore on the audience list page, you'll see the words "manage audience" next to each audience list. When click to see the options, you will no longer see "combine audiences" until you scroll way down past the visible list. To find "combine audience" you will need to scroll further down in the options to the very bottom. Such a poorly designed website! It reminds me of Craigslist's interface in its awfulness, but at least it's possible to navigate on Craigslist.

You’re awesome! This site works great! I was searching high and low for a solution for this! I was helping a small company in my neighborhood with a promotional Black Friday event flyer. Apple was the one I was having issues with adding the event on the calendar app on iPhone. This worked like a charm! You earned a new subscriber too! 😁

Great video and easy to follow. Sadly, I'm not seeing the 'export audience' option to the right of 'columns' in my dashboard. I tried to sort this out with Mailchimp's AI chat but it was useless. 😅 Any idea why 'export audience' might not be displaying for me and where I can find it so I can export the list? Thanks so much!
