You just saved me a ton of grief. Subscribers keep "accidentally" unsubscribing and want me to fix it. I've tried and tried but MC is pretty useless about offering assistance. YOU, however, got right to the point and it worked!! Thank you!
Thanks Rodney! I noticed MailChimp can do SMS automations. I'd like to put people in a multi SMS campaign but if they respond, I would kick them out of the queue so they don't get any more messages. Do you know how I could do this? I set it up with if/else loops based on New SMS engagement - i think this means if they engage with an SMS, then I can remove them automatically. But I wasn't sure if that's how it would work, or what would be defined as an engagement (does that include opens?)... Any thoughts?
My client has 4.5k SMS contacts I'm about to import from previous customers he's worked for. I'm just now getting into his SMS marketing. What do I need to do to secure permission for these contacts. I'm importing as a CSV. TYIA
@@SpringAheadMediaSolutions That's kind of what I figured out. Thanks for clarifying. A bummer, though! I hope they roll it out for multiple audiences soon!

I have more than one audience, and my main audience is SMS enabled, but I can't figure out how to enable SMS for my other audience. Suggestions?
Oh no! I forgot this very important detail in my video. At this moment SMS is only available for 1 audience per account.

Can I attach my personal number to the texts? Instead of mailchimp creating a new phone number.
No. Mailchimp assigns you a new SMS number
Im having trouble importing phone numbers. Is there a specific formate the numbers have to be in?
I have found that it adapts well to many formats. I'm sorry, no advice here.
I'll have to log in your account to help with that.
Can you texts a link (to a newsletter)?
Yes, you can include a link in your text. You would need to send the email first to get the link for it. Then create the text message.
