I love this game but the casualties get so silly. 37 million additional casualties. The soviets could have never withstood that. In our own timeline they were having manpower issues by 45 to the extent it was getting tough to keep frontline units full. The same is true here of Germany to a less silly extent(just because there was less losses) they wouldn't have been able to take millions more casualties.
It would be crazy for those countries ovcupied by the german in 1940, liberated by the Allies in 44/45, only to see the germans puch back and take over again in 46/47
After short testing and a lot of thinking i have figured out that it's possible to do the "Battle of Festung" by using the nearby Mechanized Division to hold out west of Stuttgart, ive also tried to then Retreat with these troops to Munich to hold out long enough to get the event but i havn't yet managed to do it though ive gotten 1 or 2 day's away so it's not impossible. I personally also like to try doing "Operation Grapeshot" and "Vienna Offensive" but its not really possible to get these troops out after their done so it may or may not be worth it though a permanent modifier in exhange for a couple troop's to me seem's like a good deal. Please do give me feedback on what you're strategies are and what you think is worth or not worth it because it's best to see thing's from multiple angles before deciding which one of them are best.
I'm sure you can do most of the missions, but in my experience, by the time you have some of them done, your main front with the soviets is about to break
I seem to remember TommyKay doing this and he was visited by one of the Creators of this mod and the Creator said it was impossible with the debuffs on. However I'm not sure if they updated it since.
are you crazy? Signal Company ist not only for the "calling in battle" its for "focus fire" so you can fight and win with a hand full divisions vs far more! they are fighting far more efficent 4vs1 (of 10) and you can easy win even when you outnumbert, its the strongest stat in the game even when hidden (Radio and same Doktrin can increas the value)
But he was in easily defendable terrain and he just did it to make the divisions get pumped out faster, and then he would overcome the stat boost and make them more spammable

"The battle against the Soviets has already been won" (this time they actually won 😮)
I think it's really cool the level of detail that this mod has. For shits and giggles, I googled the 12th Panzer Division that you clicked on in the Courland pocket. Lo and behold, guess where they ended up in real life? Really cool.
My guess is Paraguay
Yeah the units in the mod are all real, crazy stuff
The Soviet army is ridiculously over equipped. They should have between 1/2 and 2/3 of their max strength
why though its historical the soviet army was very equiped in reality at least since 1943 and even if you dont want to belive that in 1945 german god damn divison had about as much equpiment as 2 soviet soldiers mainly because the germans didint have anything to produce guns from
Not historicaly accurate, but suite yourself ig
Probably more like 3/4 to 4/5. The Red Army has shrunk down a little by this point so there equipment was consolidated.
@@PremiumToad Stalin didn't consolidate units that much so he would have bigger advantage in artillery and stuff. Besides not so long ago the battle of Seelow heights took place where 1st Belarusian front suffered 35-40k dead and over 100k wounded.
@@fodetraore6666 historical accurate
You cheated so bad and really pulled the: I went offcam mining😂
I genuinely wanted to see you play this mod, love your playthroughs man keep it up
"Mein fuhrer... Steiner... Steiner has counterattacked. It was a complete, albeit lengthy, success and we are besieging Moscow again."
"All those that made Rant Parodies on RUclips... leave the room."
*the whole army Group B leaves*
I love this game but the casualties get so silly. 37 million additional casualties. The soviets could have never withstood that. In our own timeline they were having manpower issues by 45 to the extent it was getting tough to keep frontline units full. The same is true here of Germany to a less silly extent(just because there was less losses) they wouldn't have been able to take millions more casualties.
This is the single greatest disaster save I’ve seen. I’ve watched this about 8 or 9 times now lol
Love me some Bitt3rSteel, suffering for our entertainment and education. But actually, love your videos, keep up the amazing work man!
It would be crazy for those countries ovcupied by the german in 1940, liberated by the Allies in 44/45, only to see the germans puch back and take over again in 46/47
POV Steiner launched the counterattack
After watching this I asked my friend if i should play this mod and he instantly responded with "you should play Croatia"
2:21 End of ad
Steiner's counterattack rlly outdid itself
@@Bitt3rSteelgood to know
Bruh all of these wunderwaffe and panzer offensives and all they needed was bittersteel this entire time
Germany if Steiner were Successful:
This is what would have happened irl if Steiner didn't chicken out
Steiner would be proud
Very nice work Bittersteel
Thank you! Cheers!
Imagine Hitler: So first, we are gonna remove all negative modifiers … 😂
I seem to remember TommyKay doing this and he was visited by one of the Creators of this mod and the Creator said it was impossible with the debuffs on. However I'm not sure if they updated it since.
5:24 you want some sub marines in a strike fleet, because the subs will target fleeing ships and sink them
You know, I would like to see someone beat this mod with all the debuffs someday.
11:02 Dear lord, 55 divisions? That's like over half a million men.
" He has tears of joy coming down his face "
If world war 2 was just like hoi4 hitler wont be that crazy for believing the war could still be won at that time.
The coincidence where the allies was cut in Dunkirk 😂

The real ENDSIEG is the Friends we made along the way
It’s so weird that bittersteel dose not have more subs or views he makes great videos
Original video title:
THE ULTIMATE ENDSIEG!
BATTLE OF THE SEELOW HEIGHTS 1945.
I don't see many RUclipsrs do this, but can you play as Montenegro and just make an empire for them?

Imagine being one of the "traitor" German generals that surrendered Hearing the Reich turned the tided
they'd no longer be "traitors" just straight up traitors
The Madlad actually did it!
Great video XD
Truly brings a tear into one’s eyes 🥹
now do it again with the modifiers
Lol, not a chance
POV: Erwin Rommel took controll of the Reich in the last minute
20:05 I am sorry OPERATION WHAT?!!?!?!!!
I love the goofy music as millions of lives are on the line.
are you crazy? Signal Company ist not only for the "calling in battle" its for "focus fire" so you can fight and win with a hand full divisions vs far more! they are fighting far more efficent 4vs1 (of 10) and you can easy win even when you outnumbert, its the strongest stat in the game even when hidden (Radio and same Doktrin can increas the value)
But he was in easily defendable terrain and he just did it to make the divisions get pumped out faster, and then he would overcome the stat boost and make them more spammable
Horthy realising that he doesn't have to stay in Portugal until he dies in this timeline.
Can't wait to see how he does
He wins

This could have happened if Steiner decided to counterattack
The austrain painter walks in, sits down, and watches to learn something
There was a guy who did this as Germany and he later did this as Italy on max difficulty and no cheats. Still seems hard bitt3rsteel. Have you checked out his video?
Im back again from the Chile video! So happy i found this channel and game recently (:
