Helldivers 2 - Railgun vs Bots

Today we're back fighting on the western front, taking part in a defense operation in the Mastia system.
Our centerpieces of our loadout are the Railgun and the Diligence Counter Sniper. The Railgun is getting buffed in the next patch, but it is already one of the best Support Weapons to take against the 'bots. Despite being a single shot weapon that requires a charge up before firing, it can quickly dispatch hordes of medium size enemies such as Striders and Devastators, and can even one-shot Hulks if you aim for the eye. The only targets it currently struggles with are Tanks and Factory Striders, but even these opponents should be quick to take down after the upcoming buffs. As for the Diligence Counter Sniper, I find it the best primary weapon for quickly and efficiently dispatching Troopers, and as a bonus it can 1-shot Devastators when aiming for the head.
For the rest of the kit, we take the B-08 Light Gunner armor, Grenade Pistol, Stun Grenades and Supply Backpack to keep our weapons fed and our stims and grenades fully stocked. For the other two Strategems we take Orbital Precision Strike and Eagle Airstrike.
Overall this loadout offers a fun playstyle, is extremely powerful against almost all Automaton enemy types, and after the next patch it will be even less reliant on offensive Strategems to deal with the heaviest targets.
