It’s not for everyone. The pads are inferior to VR Cover but it’s all personal taste and also what strap you use with it. For me, all VR Covers interfaces don’t stay on when brushed or knocked. I dunno if they have been imported since my earlier release.
Thank you for your Review! [: i appreciate the time and honesty out into your videos. Still waiting on my bobovr m2 and i may get the amvr facial interface to try it out. Light bleeding is my larger concern. Currently running elite with battery and vr cover interface with thinner padding. It tends to work but i end up adjusting it thorughout my usage .
If you’re getting light bleed with that setup maybe try the thicker padding. Ignore any FOV it might bring, but see if it fixes your light bleed. If it does, then you can look around for a slightly thinner foam pad like the thick cool XG or thick cheaper minimal foam pads. The AMVR has a much wider curve to it, which is why they give you these edge foam pads to make that curve more narrower for people without glasses or who get light bleed from the sides. But a thicker pad does help with reducing the small gaps at the sides from forming.
@@KyleLi I enjoyed the bobovr for comfort ,it is ultimately a better strap. I'd say with a battery mod to balance the back end would make it my ideal set up
Hello! I noticed you still using that cheap "Vakdon and Knuckle Strap" grip. Do you recommend them?? I am considering getting them but I avoided it since you mentioned in your review of a minor problem which sensor ring on them slips by time but I wanna see how they hold up IF you still using them daily. I play a lot of BeatSaber so sensors is a huge deal for me! Thank you for effort and the reviews they're very helpful. Have a nice day!!
Hi, yes I still use them. I use them along side the pro straps from pro tube. I like that they are fully protective grips and that the knuckle strap loops can be used with the ProStraps bands. The silicone used is a little thicker than the thin ones that’s flap about and the ring sensor cover fits tightly so it’s will not slip over the sensors unless you force it to. The two together costs a bit. £40 where as you could get Kiwi Pro straps and thicker halo covers for the same effect (better materials) for £37 yet I prefer how the ProStraps padded back covers feel and they stretch better than the fixed leather feel of the kiwi straps. So in all it looks cheaper, costs more but feels nicer and is more convenient as it’s all in one when taking it off to change batteries. Hope this helps. If I were to buy these all again I’d get the black Vakdon full covers and ProStraps. Or the white kiwi pro straps with the white halo covers. I’m still on the lookout for what I have but better quality full cover grips with knuckle strap loops I can put the pro straps onto.
You will likely need to use the default spacer that came with your quest 2 (I think it works with that) or use a thicker foam pad. Their two thin ones are probably not thick enough for use without a spacer.
I just use the thin pad plus the spacer from the Q2 as it does work with the amvr interface. It works wonder for me, definitely a upgrade from the default Q2 interface. Side note I got a big head and I wear glasses to if that helps any.
I sent this back when oculus shipped me a free VRCover interface. I much prefer the pad on the VRCover so much more comfortable.

Hey! I'm actually in the same conundrum as you, which one did you end up preferring? the bobovr m2 or the elite with battery and vr cover?

@@animefandbz agreed, got the Bobo it's incredible. I also have a vive deluxe audio headstrap and prefer the Bobo so much more.

Can I use it with Kiwi Design fitness facial interface?
The foam padded covers might fit but this is basically the same thing as in another interface.
Do you need or get a glasses spacer with this interface
