Hey I love your videos can u make a RUclips swimbait (red with a white triangle where u would usually put the bloodline) and mabey some more RUclips themed soft plastics.
I love that you fish with it at the end. These companies selling the molds really should provide samples to convince us it's a lure we want to invest in.
Been waiting on this mold to be released. Just bought 2 molds. Super stoked. And totally understandable about the lead times. It will just help build more excitement over pouring them bad boys
You and AI working together has been a blessing for those of us that are wanting to get into pouring their own baits....thank you so much!! I absolutely love the fishing clips you started adding to your videos Chris - I think you sold a hundred more 4" swimbait molds by showing them catching those stripers! That was sweet buddy.
They should offer the hook slot mold with a block off plate and the hook slot plate. That way if you wanted both it would only be a few $$ more as opposed to another mold.
Great video. I have 3 of the 5 in open pours. After watching your vid on temperature. I started experimenting . Been hand pouring now 2 to 3 weeks. All my laminates are excellent. Your temperature vids helped a lot. Thanks
I love your channel and your baits Mr. Jones! You inspired me to make my own business and to get an injector mold (I only had a hand pour one, and that was because you made making lures look fun)
Ugg, just ordered 3 molds a couple of weeks ago. Mold looks awesome. Have to place another one now :). Thanks for taking us along fishing with you. I was laughing right along with you.
You should invest in a memetic stir plate. Just drop the stir-er-er in the beaker and wait a few mins. Adjustable speed so no bubbles and consistency in mixing.
Just want to say that I've been binge-watching your videos don't have work today so I've been watching them and I really like everything you doing here
Plan - B , I was watching Marling Baits and he took hot black plastic and poured it on the table (use the outside of a mold) and let it cool into a thin, flat sheet... Then he used a blade to cut side strips for his mold for a perch pattern... I bet you could do the same only cut out small circles instead, perhaps a hole punch would work or a small tube, then transfer the black circles to the proper space on the mold and continue from there...
I keep saying imma get into pouring my own plastics but i always back out thinking about needing the space to do it. Looks awesome. Those swimbaits look amazing good pours for sure
I’m glad I stumbled across your channel. When thethis stuff settles down and I can get back to working full time again I wanna start making some ice fishing baits. Always wanted to learn how to do pour baits.
Hell yeah lol sorry as soon as I seent the video go live. Instant bought a few 4" plus another two 6" molds. Then saw the video! Cant wait to get after is brother 🤘🤘🤘💪💪

Absolutely love these 4" w/hook slot bro! Im not a bait maker nor do i plan on it but im addicted to your channel. Soon i will get either my unemployment or stimulus check and im going to buy up some stuff to help support your channel proper! Pour on and do what you do! Thanks again.
@@WorldsWorstFishing and thanks heaps mate your videos amazing and I started from scratch because of your videos..i was making hard bodies never even gave soft plastics a thought, now I'm hooked..
Dig your pours, good look'in stuff. Awso.e mold work also. Pour the black dot before putting the molds together, "just a thought ". Again, "awsome work by both you n the mold maker!
Hi Chris, I have an idea on how to add the dot on the sides of your 4 inch shads... With the mold open and your black plastic mixed, heat up a nail and dip the head of the nail in the black just enough to pick up a little bit of plastic, then touch the nail to the mold to transfer the dot... With the nail pre-heated it should be hot enough to keep the plastic from instantly solidifying allowing time to make the dot...
Since you have expanded into pour baits... Have you thought about getting into bass jigs? I do both, so Im able to build skirts and match trailers. Its actually really fun and fun to watch.
@@WorldsWorstFishing i remelt baits into a couple molds I have. my baits end up really soft. I just got some alumisol hardener but how do i use it? I put some in when it was melted but it stiffens everything up and then I have to remelt it and sometimes it burns my color?? Any thing will help thank you
Very interested video I learned a lot again every time I watch these I always go striper fishing in the morning time but I definitely need to try it out around dark. Due to the coronavirus here in California the Sacramento River and everywhere around has shut down fishing so I'm anxious to get back out there can't wait I think I've watched so many of your videos I'm starting to realize that I stir the plastic backwards 2 LOL thanks for all the helpful tips look forward to seeing more Bates came out beautiful
That's what tsunami does in a lot of their swimbaits. The only thing I don't like about the reflective strip they put in their baits is they put it right in the center and it gets all tore up when you put the hook through. It probably doesn't make much difference to the fish but to me it does especially when your paying upwards of $2 or $3 per bait.
Been watching for awhile and I really dig the baits I was wondering if you have any videos of pouring the albino color scheme cause that's the pattern I do best with in Oregon and I can only find a few brands that actually have the color
Is it possible to put the smallest of a dark lateral line in your 4” open pour swim bait? Kind of like a shiner or other minnows found in Minnesota? Another thought: could you pour swim bait lure colors based on each section of the USA? I’m an avid fly tier; can you make tiny insects in a mold that would work with a fly rod? Thanks for all your instruction, Bill in Minnesota.
@@WorldsWorstFishing you think you could tell me how to order them because I'm starting a business of my own because me and my partner have watched you forever
Hey Chris I have a question. I just started hand pouring a couple months ago, and nothing feels better than catching a big snook, or a doormat flounder on a bait I made myself. I have the 4 inch hand pour swim bait, and the 5" hand pour jerk bait. My question is, how many times can I remelt a cup of plastic ive already made a color out of? What I started doing is make 1 cup of a color I really like, and remelt it whenever I want to make a couple more lures. The plastic seems to have gotten harder after a few times of re melting. Is there a limit?
I'm sure you get this all the time but where donyou find the best deals for mold coloring and all the essentials. Really looking into making my own baits
