To be honest, years ago I thought his voice would not last long. In interviews he always sounded like his voice was totally fucked. But he is still on stage and making records.

Dude, this is the type of show you tell people about the next day. Everybody looks like they're just having a blast and the band is fucking killing it.
this is the type of show you get to experience once in a lifetime. a secret show with no phones/cameras allowed. if you were alive for the early 2000s, you remember those shows. it was fucking amazing.

When Jeremy said "come closer" and his voice broke, my heart sank a little. Such an amazing person who literally gives it all every time he performs.

Democrats: The party of the poor & oppressed have elected a wealthy, racist, corrupt old white man and a cop. WTF?!? I need some hardcore shows to get rid of my anxiety & frustration! The first time I ever heard TA was live, opening for La Dispute, and was absolutely blown away. I've seen them everytime they've played here in St. Louis ever since. Can't wait until the next time!!!

Saw this band about 4 years ago by accident and immediately was intrigued. Amazing band, so good live.
Same, I saw them open up for Tiny Moving Parts about a year ago and I wasnt sure who they were but when they started I fell inlove instantly.

The sound was mixed so well! It’s really cool hearing Deflector live and good quality audio. I would do anything to play Nick’s Jazzmaster
I listen to a lot of different music, but once a while I come back to this fantastic screaming. It's good to be here today :). Gonna replay this set couple of times :)

So happy I was able to attend / be involved! And hyped that Jeremy gave me the mic so many times. Thanks to anyone who held my old ass up there. Missing and always smiling thinks about times like these!
Saw these guys around this same timeframe opening for another band. I had never heard of them and Jeremy’s energy was amazing. Have been a fan ever since. Top 5 live bands I have ever seen.
they were one of the last bands i saw before quarantine. if shows never happen again, i am glad i saw them.

I've always thought that's just what he sounds like, like a hoarse dude who actually can't scream but really wants to.
His voice just sounds like that. I’ve seen them live multiple times and every show he sounds more “screamy” than in studio. If you compare old Touché to new Touché and his side band Hesitation Wounds he’s gotten better if anything.
Iunno, listen to him at 22:20. Granted I'm not really familiar with the band, but that sounds like a guy who's about to lose his voice. Especially conpared to how he sounds at the beginning of the show
