    Sum 41 is the perfect example of a band who has artistic integrity but also have an understanding that their “hits” are popular for a good reason and not shying away from keeping those old songs alive.

    Props to Derrick for remaining a helluva showman despite all the shit he went through. Dude is back in full force. This is a band that I thought would have met it’s demise already. But damn Zummo is a kickass drummer, Baksh is back and they are still laying it down like nobody’s business. I’m 47 now and the early 200s is the last time period that I miss. God bless these guys for still throwin down!

    man Sum 41 really are aging very well. it's refreshing to see a band go the opposite direction of so many of their contemporaries. you can tell they're doing and writing what they love

      Sum 41 was always the superior group out of that era. They write better riffs, better lyrics, harder music. It was pop-punk but definitely a lot of metal influence. Paiiiiin for pleasureeee

      @@bloominglotus333 Chill my brother, I said they blur the lines between metal and punk which they defo do especially in their newer stuff. Some of their riffs and progressions are metal as fuck 🤘 I mean in the grand scheme of things as well with them being underrated, you ask most bellends these days and they barely know who they are. Blink (with Tom) are my favourite band too along with Avenged Sevenfold 😂

    I never got it before.. But there's obviously something special about this group of people that sets them apart from a lot of bands from that era. Maybe its their likeability, passion, maybe its talent, maybe its the composition of the group..maybe it's all of the above. But there's such a cosey feeling to this that's hard to describe.
    It's amazing.

      @@nonfiction4364 Instead Sum 41' song writing is what has aged better. Screaming Bloody Murder is their fifth album but is also their most deep and complex. 13 Voices and Order in Decline are great as well, way more mature than All Killers No Fillers

    Wow never seen such a an alive concert. Sum 41 still kicks ass sounds awesome. I love how they went from pop punk to metal instead of pop punk to pop like a lot of pop punk bands did

    Had my first kiss in the mosh pit of a Sum 41 concert and All Killer No Filler was the first album I ever bought with my own money.

    I can't believe "Summer" is 19 years old. 2019 now and being alive long enough to hear they got a new record coming out is one thing, but they kept their pop punk style and instead of going full pop, they're embracing metal a little more. I'm no fan of metal music but I do love sum 41. Damn it's weird being old. I'll take this over trap music almost any day

    As someone who grew up with pop punk/punk rock/Emo - Greenday, Blink, Good Charlotte, Fall out Boy, Bowling for Soup, new found glory. I have to say Sum 41 really impressed me with this show, so happy to see they're still going as heavy as ever!

    For real.. always heard these guys on the radio, never thought much of them. Then I watched this.. fucking awesome! Top notch production, everything sounds excellent, the band is having a ton of fun which is super important. Would love to see them live one day.

    Great mix of new and old tracks. I'll admit, I've fallen out of listening to them the past decade or so. But they keep the albums coming and are killing it live. Definitely staying relevant in this era of safe music.
