2 weeks ago I actually purchased a brand new 2023( it was still on show floor) Spyder F3 Limited Special Series. As a hardcore Goldwing Trike rider, I decided to buy one of these cause I thought it looked cool. Let me tell you, this thing isn’t a bike. It’s a machine that’s an experience. After I figured out the the controls on this machine, I absolutely adore it! It’s like a sports bike speed, the ride of a cruiser, the storage of a touring bike! It’s even wife approved! A Can Am is a must purchase if you’re a biker. You won’t regret 💯💪🏿💪🏿
Good video and breaks them down really well. I just bought the F3S after having a Ryker for 2 years. I loving the F3S. It's exactly what he said it is over the Ryker.
Hi Peter, at what age did Can Am change the speedo from Analog to digital? Is there any benefits to a Can Am with the digital speedo opposed to the the Analog version? Great video bye the way, thanks Mike.
Would love to see a video like this covering the Ryker line up. Or maybe covering the differences in the Ryker line up through the ‘23/‘24/‘25 releases.
I'll definitely get the current Ryker lineup in a video like this. I'll also do my best to cover the evolution of the line in future videos. Stay tuned! I've got a WHOLE lot more 3 wheeled content coming.
@@PeterLoweOne Dude, that’s amazing. Your videos are very thorough, and I appreciate that you have to contend with Canadian weather. 🤙 Maybe a video about Rykers in the rain and even snow?
Hey Peter I love your ca am videos , they have been very helpful for me. I am seriously considering buying one of these next month. Could you do what I believe many would like to see … a side by side comparison of that F3 Limited Special Series and the RT Sea to Sky … Please , I know it will definitely assist me with my research and final decision.
@peterlowe … maybe when you do the riding it review. The difference between the F3 Limited Series Series and the RT Sea to Sky would be the most appropriate , informative .. Ok educational video .
The reason that I don’t is because pricing can change, and I get killed in the comments if there’s some discount, or price adjustment, or if the viewer is in a different country. I always put a link in the description for the dealer that I’m filming at, and the manufacturer’s website is pretty easy for most people to find.
Do an actual comparison of the time to change the rear tyre on an F3 compared with a normal large tourer like BMW RT1250? Yes and find a tyre place that is actually willing to do it. Good luck!
If you buy an RT model that has flat boards . My wife is only 4’11 & had the same issues with the F3 . She has no problems with getting on our RTL ! Regards Stephen Alberta Canada.
Biggest problem is deciding which is best F3 or Spyder. The F3 is sportier and fun around town. The Spyder wins hands down for longer trips. They are both decent but lacking a lot considering their price tag. I have a 2021 RT Limited . For the most part I’m happy with it but considering today’s technology it’s sadly lacking. And pls tell me just why it has to CLUNK into gear. Seriously?
Can am is stripping out features and charging more. My 2023 F3-S came with a paint matched rear cover and the passenger seat. It also came with the rear handrails. What they call the Sport model was last years base model.
Can Am should take note that a lot of dealers are $hit bags when it comes to customer service. If i felt confident that Can Am dealers would have my back when i spend $30 k on there freaking motorcycle, i would buy one. Can Am have absolutely dropped the ball. They do not care.
I don't know about your experiences, but I can confidently say that Extreme Torque Motorsports, where I film is absolutely fantastic. I've been around a lot of dealers and this team is absolutely at the elite level.
Yes I can recall to your issue with dealerships, I had the same issue here in Alberta. We only have two dealerships recognized by BRP here the one in Calgary, sales guy was not willing to do any kind of deal on the price & I know from another customer that they after service is not good either! So called the other dealerships in Reddeer, & they were completely different & gave me discount on my price right away, even stating that they get a lot of customers from Calgary. Plus there after service is really great. So shop around until you feel comfortable with a dealership & check out their reviews. Good luck! Regards Stephen Alberta Canada.
Yes I feel the same way. I don't know per say if it's Can Am themselves but the Mechanics or service department here in Las Vegas Nv. Powersports Don't know what the hell they'd be doing. I would buy one also if I felt better about the service and Mechanic on Can Am products.
With the Ufit system they can adjust it for you. I have a 2023 F3S SE. I have problems with my shoulders, so I had them switch out the handlebars to Short Reach bars. Adds another 2 inches closer to the driver reach and allows my shoulders to relax. My setting at 5'7" is 2. You may want 1. I also replaced the pegs with floorboards. It is easier to get on the bike. I love my new bike! I have had 3 Spiders already since 2012. This is my first 1330.
@miken1460 It's better they don't change it. More parts. Cheaper. Easier to fix. New engines mean more.expensive parts, recalls, harder, and more expensive, to repair. If it ain't broke why fix it?
They’re WAY more stable this way. Plus nearly all of your braking is done with the front wheels, these just outperform anything with a single wheel up front and two in the back. They’re far more fun to ride.
@PeterLoweOne so put bigger front tire with bigger brakes to compensate. I say tuk tuks are are cooler. Why won't they make a modern day, tuk tuk trike? I don't like the 2 tires up front.

Excited to read that. Thank you. Looking for one now!
@@americandude3825 dude, good luck on your search! You won’t be disappointed! Mine has me proudly obsessed with it! Safe travels to you 💯💪🏿
Wow , I’m still stuck between deciding Sea to Sky or F•3 Limited Special Series 😱
R/T-Limited, we know what you meant. Another professional, well-done review is in the books. Good job!

Thanks for watching!
Is it faster than a Ryker?
I love videos I needed something like this when I brought a spider two years ago I love my bike but they could have been more helpful
Great video, I have always been thinking about the RT Limited. Now, I may be looking at an F3 Limited. The Ryker is too small for my long legs.
I’ve researched folks like the seating of the f3 more because it sits down behind instead of on top of the bike.

Still have my 2022 can am spyder RT limited 😂 I finally turned it on after being in storage for a year it’s a good machine
Is there any difference in suspension between these models?
Could you do a full review for the BMW S1000RR M? Love your detailed reviews I hope you keep this up!!
Great video. Answered all my questions...thank you very much!
Thanks for watching!
It be nice if you included price of each machine and perhaps price of the accessories, other well done 👍

Understood,
Thank you
AND THE BIG QUESTION WHEN WILL THE APPLY CAR PLAY BE OUT WHO KNOWS thanks for addressing this issue ,

Most definitely ❤❤❤❤in my inventory future
For us very short people, we can only get on these by standing on the pegs... I use rear pegs to get on and off.

Can we talk price on each model
Still a little confused. Was the orange one the r3 limited or the RT? To my understanding those are two different lines of the bike?
It’s a F3 Limited
Can you race a Can-Am Spyder flat track
Spider vs ryker would be awesome
I did a basic comparison of them in a 2 video comparison, but I’ll do a video like what you’re suggesting soon.

Top box looks like a barbeque!
Hi Peter, another nice set of toys! 🤭
These are great! I'll have a riding review soon!
I'm thinking of buying the white one but I'm only 5ft tall would this be the one???
Tall or short riders should fit and be comfortable on any of these. I think you'll be fine.

FOr the love of all things motorsports...Can-Am needs to add some power to these vehicles. They have had the same drivetrain for a decade.

F3 limited vs F3 RT Limited.
F3s like that one put wind sho
amazing what you can get for $7000
Why cant they be made with the dual wheels in the back? Why in the front? Why not a Can Am Tuk Tuk!?!?
They’re WAY more stable this way. Plus nearly all of your braking is done with the front wheels, these just outperform anything with a single wheel up front and two in the back. They’re far more fun to ride.

I don't like the 2 tires up front.
Go ride a regular trike with 2 in the back. Then ride with the wheels in the front. You’ll figure out why the front is far superior.
