    Jameesia Ford is a gift. She put South Carolina in by herself.

      No she didn't. This is pretty insulting to the other 3 team members. They kept them in the mix near the front. You can compliment a team member without insulting the others...

      She definitely did! Look at her at the end of the race, you can tell she’s disappointed. Not trying to jinx it, but this is how decent programs lose great athletes to great programs… wouldn’t be surprised if she decided to transfer before her senior year!🤷🏾‍♂️

      @user-ty5em5lh6g or I could have said what I said. I'm not retracting anything. You don't have to like it.

      @@AirOnTheAir That's silly. She's a 60/100/200 runner. That's no reason to transfer. It would be different if they had missed the 4x400 finals (or missed championships altogether). This was the prelims (they may have other runners). Or they could recruit another 400m runner to strengthen the team.

      @@user-ty5em5lh6g Not silly at all when considering her career. It happens all the time. No different from a pro runner switching coaches to better the outcome of their career… same concept.

    Show the end of the whole race before breaking away to show the finisher! There are other teams running! What is so hard about that concept?

    • @markmurphy6260
      @markmurphy6260 5 месяцев назад

      Because only the top 2 teams automatically advance to the final. 3rd place matters to see who has the fastest time but beyond that, it doesn't matter.

    The commentary is horrible. They have no respect no class for the sport of track and field. They need to be replaced. Every year we hear the lack of respect for all non-sec athletes. As far as the baton drop, Arkansas has a history of knocking batons out of other's hands.

      Maybe if they were in the SEC they’d learn that competing at this level is WAR. Hold onto that baton. This ain’t a fancy prance.

      Baton carrying 101: 4X100/4X200 4X400 Sprint medley relay etc... Protect the baton. No one should be able to "knock" the baton out of your hand. That's a weak excuse.😭
