I plugged it into smash calculator and it seems like you're almost right. It's a little unclear exactly what his position was when he got hit, but it seems like if he had simply DI'd right he would have just barely lived. However, if he did any SDI up at all it would have probably killed him
staling takes effect here because he was hit by both hits of the up-air, which means the second hit is stale but it doesn't make a difference really
