Error 404 - recoil not found
Hahahah
I used to faithfully run S&B 124’s in my STI DVC Limited. She really liked it.
I love my XC. The plastic trigger does kind of irk me for the price of the gun but shooting it I can’t tell a difference. Mine didn’t need a break in period luckily, it has shot great since day 1.
Great video, thanks for sharing. I'm became a member of the Staccato family. I ordered/waiting, the limited clone c2 (no 2.5 lbs trigger) with Ice comp. Looking forward to seeing if it's worth all the hype and coins spent. That holster locking system looks interesting, I'm going to look into it some more.
Very nice!
I ran my XC with a 9# spring from the very beginning. It didn't matter what ammo I used (115, 124 & 147), I did not have a single malfunction and ejection was very positive will all 3 grains. 1500 rounds in and 0 malfunctions. Check out the 9# spring instead of the 8#. I think you'll be happy and stay there.
Thanks Erik! I have a few, i'll give em a try. I'm getting weaker extraction of 115 with the #8, trickling out over my hand. Wonder if I just have a tight fit gun when I first got it.
I’m loving my C2 with my Aimpoint P2 & threat cadre comp..it’s like a mini XC
What spring weight do you have in your c2?
@@mickeyward1878 Stock, I have detailed vids up on it.
@@BigJohnsonGG I’ll check it out thanks man
This was by far the most balanced video I have seen on the XC or any other Staccato. I appreciate the candid review and the good and the bad that was shared. I just picked up an XC, at full price (EXPENSIVE AF) but I have not had any issues in the 400 rnds shot so far. About half is 115 and half 124.
I’m looking forward to it getting fully broken in but so far so good.
I want to get a c2 for concealment, but your video opened my eyes to the possibilities of just getting a c2 grip module. Highly considering that.
Are you worried at all about bending the extraction mech with the longer mags on slide lock reloads with your current configuration ?
Thanks in advance.
Good stuff man! Guess I need a Staccato XC next. lol
That would be cool!
A 9 lbs recoil spring is perfect for all the ammo you will want to run!
Beautiful gun !! I have a question. Does a Surefire X400 U (with laser) fits ok on the Staccato XC ??
Fits the gun, yes
Hey do u think it would run OK with Buffalo bore 124 +p or 115 +p with an 8lb spring
12
Did you replace the trigger or did you need to change a spring? this atlas trigger is the medium
Trigger was replaced, it was talked about in the video
So what grain should be used in the beginning with the gun straight factory with the factory spring? 124 grain??
115 is 7.5lb but i had issues, so i jumped to 124 with factory. after 500-1k rounds, i moved to 8lb with 124 only
@@ANRDesignLLC thank you!
Interesting stuff. I don’t know if I’ll ever buy of these but I’m fascinated by overall hype around them.
it's expensive
You should try the Aim point Acro
Oh man. That’s a lot of money for a lot of issues out of the box. I’m sure the juice is worth the squeeze, but for my budgetary constraints, both on the initial unit and the break in ammo, I’ll stick with Glocks.
Great video, homie. Your production is on point. This is a far cry from your old “let’s shoot this machine gun” videos.
racecars need a 500 mile breakin to work in the motor so it doesn't blow up. Guns are metal on metal .... same deal.
@@ANRDesignLLC not doubting the excellence of the gun, but I drive a paid off Chevy Cruze and shoot the gun equivalent of one as well. Lmao
Hopefully with some tasteful mods the PDP I carry will be as smooth. My shot in 19X is butter after 8k rounds.
Im getting mines
ayyeee
Great review,
Check out Sprinco Springs, can last 30k cycles.
ordered some. thanks!
@@ANRDesignLLC anytime bro!
I would never carry my XC, any if my Atlas’s, or my Sand Viper. I have a lot of high end firearms. But, God forbid any of us had to use them in a self defense situation. They would get thrown and slammed around an evidence locker for years to come. I’d rather have them at home where I can enjoy them. So, I carry a customized Glock 19 that is still less than $1,000. I’m up to 1500 rounds, with ZERO malfunctions.
"Swapping springs out every 5k rounds"... Dude how many rounds do you have through that XC lol?
10k-12k now. i had to swap out the 7.5lb in the first 600 rounds. I have replaced 2x 8lb springs. On the 3rd now.
@@ANRDesignLLC I wonder how many rounds the barrels are rated for. I have about 3k through mine
