Material
Vanilla ice cream, eggs, sugar
Melt two egg yolks in 450ml of vanilla ice cream over low heat.
Stir over low heat until thickened creamy.
Place cookie crumbs in a bowl and pour cream over them. Wrap it with plastic wrap and make a hole with a toothpick. Store in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Then sprinkle sugar on the hardened cream.
Melt the sugar with a torch and cool it down to complete!
