One difference with Myra Hindley and Rose West is that they both were associated with men who aided and abetted their crimes. Lucy Letby seems to have managed it without being in a relationship with someone encouraging her.

Rose West killed Charmaine without Fred’s involvement, when her stepdaughter was only 8 years old. She was torturer and sexual sadist. Anne-Marie said herself that Rose would encourage Fred and that she enjoyed degrading and abusing, saying she would’ve taken pleasure from the role of a concentration camp guard.

This case rests entirely on circumstantial evidence. That's troubling.
She had confidential documents on these babies about their resuscitation efforts kept in her home. There was also something she wrote like, " I am evil, I did this". Pretty damning I'd say.

I completely agree. I don't understand this odd dichotomy of people calling for the death sentence to be reinstated for people like letby but in almost the same breath say that for her to take her own life would be taking the easy way out. If someone hurt my family I would prefer them dead to wasting taxpayers money for 50-odd years, and I wouldn't care if the state did it or they themselves did. People may be miserable in prison for the first few years but they get used to it after a while. They're able to study whole degrees, indulge in hobbies. It becomes their new normal after a while and I don't see how that's justice in the case of someone so utterly evil.
They also get a kick out of their Infamy for their crimes making them feel like some notorious celebrity on the outside

I could listen to Vanessa Frake for hours, as she can give us a window into the prison world. It does make me sick how many resources will go into LL. Very often privatisation has been the let down when it does take over an infrastructure. But at least LL will now have to be on her guard for the rest of her life from the other prisoners... That is the true sentence she has been given.

£50,000 per year is agreeable when the bar at parliament is paid for by the tax payer cost the tax payer in 2021 1.7 million amongst other things like canteens and restraunts too. So why not add another 50,000 a year onto something else that’s not in the public interest?

Mentally ill people are far, far more likely to be victims of crime than the perpetrators. It would take a long time for a trained and qualified professional to be able to diagnose her, let alone us, some random people on the internet but she does seem to simply be a narcissist and you could even argue sadistic. Ofc you argue that it's all semantics as illness and disorder get used interchangeably so if you're characterising psychopathy as an illness then yes but people can still be evil in that case. Evil is a morality issue which requires a conscious decision. For example Ian Brady was evil but a spider that kills its prey isn't. A spider for all intents and purposes is morally vacuous. If we're saying that she was ill as in insane then that takes away any blame and suggests she wasn't in control of her actions. The calculated measure, pre meditation and the taking home of trophies and stalking the families would strongly suggest a level of consciousness and self awareness that someone who wasn't in control of her actions couldn't possibly do. Leaving to the conclusion that she was aware and in control of her actions, making her by the Oxford English definitemion, evil

Several years ago, I looked at changing careers and getting a job in the funeral industry, most people thought it was crazy. However I can think of a far worse job: the one Vanessa Frake (not Feltz as you wrote in the subtitle!) did. I wouldn't be able to do it. I would be afraid of the prisoners for one thing. I wonder whether she's lesbian, it's what she comes across as?

What if "help me" and "I want someone to help me but they can't" in her notes means she wanted a partner to share a joyful life of psychopathic murder? She didn't want to be murdering alone but wanted a soulmate? Or maybe "help me" was her joyful imagining/recollection of the babies internal feelings as they died?
Her notes about never being able to have babies or a family was her triumphant enjoyment of the train of thought she imagined her victim parents to be thinking? It wasn't secret anguish or remorse: it was sheer and utter delight and revelling; trophies of suffering.
"The world is better without me" was just her enjoying the expected suicidal thoughts in the victim parent's as they grieved.
"I an evil. I did this." Proud comments; pride she couldn't show publicly but couldn't confine and had to arrogantly put on paper.
"I can't do this anymore", mere caution. She cant keep doing otherwise she'll be caught, but her psychopathological recklessness made her disregard caution anyway. Or else the words are again mere delight in the suicidal ideation she imagines or hopes her victim's parents to be experiencing.
We have to think counterintuitively because we're dealing with a monster. How can we imagine it is guilt/remorse when she has clearly shown herself to be the manifestation of the opposite? That would be weakness; imagining one's own good in others who display total evil.

It's extremely questionable whether she is guilty, there is no direct evidence, only circumstantial evidence. There is huge potential for a miscarriage of justice here. Look at the case for yourselves and make your own mind up rather than blindly believing the media.

@snsn7251 ine is not delusional, there have been quite a few cases similar to this in fairly recent times where the accused have been acquitted, there is no direct connection with the deaths and the accused in this case, please read the evidence in this case and then make a judgement.
