Eric is easily one of the best Power Rangers, _period._ I always got the sense that he never disliked Wes himself, but hated what Wes represented, a privileged rich kid who didn't do anything with the advantages he was born with, which is something Eric couldn't relate to. Wes can mess around forever and he'll always have safety nets, but Eric has to make every shot count. Also, Eric didn't want the Quantum Morpher for justice, he wanted the power to better his life, which is still incredibly realistic for someone who comes from nothing. When you come from nothing and finally get some power, no one wants to go back to square 1. His motivations are a lot closer to home than the standard "do right because it's right" type hero.
The Zordon era always felt a little campy at its core. But then we got In Space, Lost Galaxy, Lightspeed Rescue, and Time Force. A nice series of serious and deep feeling seasons and they were all back to back.

We’ve seen good guys who don’t understand being part of a team, we’ve seen evil rangers turned to good, but I always think it’s so rare to find a hero who’s misguided but willing to do good in the most extreme measures possible. Especially in a kids’ show like Power Rangers.
Eric then dyed his hair white, changed his preferred color to blue, swore off guns, picked up a katana, got a different kind of morphing ability, and sought more power. Seriously though, love this season. Fantastic writing and characters, one of the two best lead villains by far, Dan Southworth a.k.a. Vergil as Eric and some appearances by Reuben Langdon a.k.a Dante, Jen's one of the best if not the absolute best female ranger ever, and Vernon Wells doing this and clearly loving it because he wanted to be in something his grandkids could watch complete with a shout-out to his role in Mad Max 2.
Actually, it makes sense that Alex is Wesley's descendant and why they look so similar if not the same (in context of the story.) Remember that almost everyone in the future is genetically modified to be the genetically best they can be. It isn't unrealistic to believe that by the time the genetic recombination and manipulation got to Alex, that Alex's best genetic features would come from Wesley, who was, is, and would become a Red Ranger.
One other theory postulated is that Alex is a clone of Wes, not a descendant. And the Alex we see come.back later is another clone that is activated with his predecessor's memories, kinda like Dr. Ninestein from Terrahawks.
Lucas was supposed to have a backstory. Just like in Timeranger, his Japanese Counterpart had a disease that could kill him. Which is why he quit racing.
Eric has got to be one of, if not the best 6th rangers. Coming from nothing, gaining the power you wanted, learning to use it for the right reasons, is just poetic.
I'm so happy you're finally discussing my all time favorite season - TIME FORCE!!! This had such great character development, and everyone was so relatable, even the villains. The dynamics of this team was unlike any other team before them, at some point everyone had something to prove, not only to themselves, but to each other as well.
True that! Kind of funny how Ransik became a super relateable villain anyways despite Jen making it clear that people tried to help him but he just shut them down.
I kinda like Lucas. His character was all about adjusting to 2001 and give up his edginess to be a more of a friendly person. Plus, he helped bringing Jen and Wes together and his driving skills really came in handy just like TJ's intelligence did. He always wanted to stand up and do things his way . And the Lucas and the kid episode shows Lucas's transformation from a conservative guy to an emotional dude. So thumbs up for Lucas for having a character development in his own way. In my opinion he did make an IMPACT in his own way.
I thought about it for a bit, Lucas may have left racing due to the Dash incident, so he decided to serve his community as a Time Force member. This is just my perception, but Lucas leaving his racing career to be a part of Time Force is him 'changing his destiny'.
Almost 3 years late, but here is my take on Eric. While the character is similar to the same character in Timeranger they way Time Force puts it across sorta falls a little flat. In his early introductions we see Wes tell another student that if Eric wasnt invited to the party that he wasnt going to go either. This would normally be an act that would start off a lifelong friendship between Wes and Eric, but for some reason Eric decides that he doesnt like Wes and takes the dynamic in a different direction. Now I get the character aspect of "I had to put in more work to get to the same place as someone who coasted in on his fathers money", but even with Wes trying to show him friendship regardless of financial status and purely on actual merit, Eric just isnt having it.
Its not that he never liked Wes, its he saw Wes as a privileged rich kid who didn't do anything with the advantages he was born with and it pissed him off.

The Disney Brain when I reenacted this team in my imagination I put the same scenario on myself as the red Time Force Ranger and use the claim that without me defending the world from tyrants space pirates and insects in machines then the rest of the team when be able to even be there to defend the world against the mutants
The Disney Brain can you please address the Kira\Trent ship? Some people are saying that they actually did get married after the season, I don't believe it because it was never implied and I'd be cynical and go so far as to say they never even went out on a date when the season ended!
The Disney Brain I believe Time Force also has the best ending to the final battle, I mean how Ransik, after he nearly kills his daughter, turns himself in.
Time Force has long been my favorite season of the show and I literally grew up watching. It was also the last season I watched before I took a break to "grow up". Even when I was young I always appreciated the underlying meaning behind the final moment with Wes and Jenn where they hug instead of kiss. While this may have been to avoid issues with parents, it also fits the moment as Jen doesn't know if she can ever return to the year 2001 and kissing Wes would leave her wanting more of a relationship she can't have and leave Wes with the same thing. It's heartbreaking but to me a perfect way to end their arc....until the Wild Force reunion of course
Wes and Alex being genetically identical is not impossible. In the time that Alex is from they perfect genetic perfection. Alex was designed with the best genes of his ancestors. It just means that Wes was blessed with perfect genes while Alex was designed with them. So it makes sense that Alex would be part of the linage.
I had the honor of meeting Ransik himself at a convention earlier this year. Vernon Wells is basically awesome. Very friendly, even though I'm pretty sure I annoyed him.

I think Time Force is my favourite season of the show. Not only does it have such good story telling, and action, but easily the best costumes in the entire show. Dino Thunder comes as a close second, but timeforce is always going to be my favourite.

So here's my problem with Time Force, and I actually just realized it because I'm literally rewatching the episode as I write this. I love the season, and Power Rangers as a whole, but Eric becoming leader of the Silver Guardians made no sense. Yes, he has the skill and the drive. But he stole the quantum controller. The Guardians were paid to protect the dog site, owned by Silver Hills Historical Society. The controller was found on the site, making it that groups property, and he took it to gain its power for himself not to protect it from Ransik. I don't know about everyone else but if I were to steal from my job I'd be fired not promoted
You know, didn't really consider that before. But since Dr. Zaskin was able to perform initial tests on Ranger tech through Eric's actions, seems they quickly forgot about the whole thing. Then when he got control of the Q-Rex, they just said holy shit, this Eric guy's the truth! Eric, of course, relished in the attention as he slowly started embodying Light Yagami as the God of the new world. And then he learned teamwork or some such thing and decided against ruling the planet.
The Disney Brain that's a very fair series of points. I actually only started my rewatch of TF today and I'm on Clash for Control now, so I haven't gotten to all his later development. But that just occurred to me and I had to share it with a fellow die hard fan. Anyway, love your ranger vids and keep up the good work. I've been wanting to do something kind of like this myself, so I'm glad someone is actually working on it 👍
I loved the quantum ranger but I kinda wished he did make out alive. he would have been the first earth ranger to stay fallen in the line of duty. plus Wes and Jen Should Have Kissed!
They originally did have him die. Time Force was very very similar to Timeranger (the source material for Time Force) and in Timeranger (spoilers) Time Fire, Eric's Japanese counterpart, dies. In Time Force they even recorded the entire beach scene at the end without him, but they for one reason or another decided to keep Eric alive.
It would have been fitting to see Eric's final action be protecting two rich people he once resented but learned to respect. But the canon ending of Eric and Wes finally being equals/partners after everything they went through has just as much thematic resonance for me, so it's kind of a toss up.
my favorites from this season are wes, jen, and nadira, but as a character, there's no one like eric myers. he's just so nuanced and complex. also love that the narrative pretty much never blames him for his perspective on privileged people because even when we see that they can be genuinely good people, we see just how much of an uperhand they have in life. wes ran away from his home and the life that his father wanted for him, but he ultimately still stayed at a place already owned by his dad. if someone from a lower income background did that, they would most likely end up on the streets. and of course he also encountered problems that he never would have been able to solve if he didn't have a rich father (like when he needed the serum replicated to save his friends). there's also the fact that even though eric worked his ass off to earn his position as the commander of the silver guardians, the moment that wes was available his father immediately offered him the job, effectively taking the position from eric if wes didn't insist they become partners.
"So, what's your excuse again, Xandred?" Nyloks require Sanzu Water to live, and the more powerful they are, the faster they burn energy and dry up. Iirc, if a Nylok dries up completely, they drop dead, turn to stone, and shatter. Xandred is so powerful/energy-consuming that he would apparently die instantly if he left the Netherworld.
Yeeah, but come on, that's just a BS in show excuse to the point of almost self-parody. And he still barely moved from his ship, if at all due to his so called "illness". If anything, they should have made it so that Xandred lasts longer because he's more powerful, since drying up has nothing to do with power levels either way, it's just about evaporation. One of many terrible features in Samurai with a millions ways to get around it if they weren't so lazy.
Time Force is one of the best PR seasons. The "only" problem I have is that the producers should have cast a male as the yellow ranger (a gentle giant/young Terry Crews-type) and a female as the green ranger ( a cute greened-haired alien chick). It would have matched the Sentai footage much better and would have added more interesting side storylines along side Jen and Wes.
Power Rangers Time Force is my First Power Rangers Show that I watch as a kid this Is my Number one Favorite Power Rangers show that I ever watch I love Theme Song, Great Villains, Lot Great Sad, Shocking, Funny & Happy Moment, and Great Characters

Haha, if they wise up and adapt the recent space-themed Sentai though, oh man, I would be so on board for that. We need to go back to space, my body is ready!
The reason I don't ever reference the Sentai in my videos is because the adaptation process is almost always a poor excuse for any and all dearth in quality. Especially since much more could have been done in civilian mode that just wasn't. And Lucas shouldn't have anything to do with his Sentai counterpart other than sharing a uniform.
Except if you know how production looks like you would knew that at one point when one angry producer/director says "lets just bring more Sentai" there is no time to rewrite whole character. I would prefer if they kept that subplot because "driving around" would bring some more depth to Lucas... because not everyday you have Ranger with Cancer(which in the end resolves with character death). Try to look at the footage and make peace with people responsible for Megaforce Disaster and rewrite it so it would be good.
Hey Brain. So. I've completed the second last step to my PR rewatch. Time Force was crazy super amazingly awesome. Frax and Ransik dynamic in what I'm guessing is in Part 2. It took its time to build but it was so worth it. Eric was the people's champ 👌 Ransik is a sad being and that made us really break for him. The first half of time force was okay. Just Lucas though...
To give Lucas credit, he does learn to open up and allow himself to be more emotional after rescuing a kid, and from what I've seen, was sympathetic and hopeful that Dash would change his ways after he's contained. Plus, the episode where he's dating Nadira is classic, expecially given the mixed feelings both him and Ransik are going through during the ordeal. Edit: Oh! You mentioned those! Never mind.
I always liked his dynamic with Trip. He was hard on him at times but that's because he's the youngest of the team and didn't understand boundaries at first when it came to using his powers.
Sadly as a kid this was the first and only season I ever missed watching on aor until RPM. But I have had fun going to netflix and watching time force.
If anything this season proves that power rangers could do serious storytelling without dumbing things down for kids appreciate what this season did gave us 2 of the best red rangers of all time love going back and watching this season every on in a while ❤❤ only sad part of about this came out the same year as the twins tower attacks when I was 4 years old was one of my favorite seasons on Saturday mornings next to wild force and ninja storm ❤❤
On your point on Xandran, he couldn't do much of nothing. If he left without doing everything required, he would dry up far quicker than the monsters he sent which was shown evident in Return of the Master thus putting him out of commission for Serrator to take charge for a time. And Serrator was hoping to gain enough control and power that when Master Xandran returned, he wouldn't be a problem. So yes, Xandran had an excuse on why he couldn't fight the Rangers personally. You saw what he did when he fought them in a weakened state, imagine what he would've done if it wasn't for the Nyglock weakness.
The only thing I really don't agree with is the fact that you are wrong when it comes to how hard she was because it was harsh and messed up the way she treated with he has more stress training he helped them to unlock the morphers and and after that she did not have to be so rude and hateful towards him explain explain the situation and things would have been better from there
Please let me talk about Super Sentai's counterpart "Future Task Force Time Ranger (Mirai Sentai Timeranger)". I love Domon the man yellow ranger because of how he points out a lot of questions in the plot, like how they might not be able to return to year 3k, and that he points out that the Timerangers from the future also have things to care about, by literally fistfighting Tatsuya the Red Time Ranger (who isn't from the future but from the era the Timerangers arrived at) to prove a point, and watching the sunset when he's calmed down
Well Super Sentai is technically Power Rangers. I mean the title kind of sounds like PR when translated to English, which is "Super Fighting Force", with Sentai composed of two words, "Sensou (War/Fight)" and "Tai (Team)"
Man, watching this video really makes me sad. It gives me a glimpse at what power rangers once was, and could've been; but unfortunately, it probably won't be ever again :(
I do gave a few problems with Time Force though. 1, they kept harping on Wes and Jen's relationship and the other rangers were in the background which is pretty sad. 2, the fight scenes were also not all there because despite being police officers from the future they were far too obsessed with their melee weapons and I'm not a big fan of melee weapons. 3, I prefer when sixth rangers work with the main team but here they're more disconnected.

It's an awesome team-up of a game developer, two popular RUclipsrs and most of all three current and former Rangers and sidekick! I'm talking about Preston from Ninja Steel, who will be the Red Ranger, Jen from Time Force, who will be the new Ranger team's mentor, and Bulk from - well, everybody knows Bulk! -, who will be the Yellow Ranger. The most exciting part about HyperForce is that it's a pen&paper RPG, which was developed in close cooperation with Saban to celebrate the 25th anniversary and which will be streaming live every Tuesday (yes, starting TOMORROW!) at 6 pm PDT. HyperForce will be set in the year 3017, 17 years after the Time Force Season. What I love about the idea of Power Rangers as an RPG session is that it will give the characters so much more freedom for character development than what Saban has recently been screwing up on TV. I'm so excited. I just hope the show gets enough viewers to continue. I honestly think that Alex wasn't born, when Ransik came into the future Time Force realized that Wes was needed again to defeat him and save the world. (As he did in the past.) So they cloned him gave him fake memories of a childhood and then had him go through the training of Time Force thinking hey if this guy as a random shmuck beat Ransik in the past with training we can't lose!

okay just a theory here I always believe that the whole descendant thing was a lie and that because Time Force can manipulate time actually sent a clone back in time and give him in the care of mr. Collins because this would make it easy for them to find a new red ranger I mean Time Force can manipulate anything. plus the fact that they are taking these mutants and putting them in cryogenic prisons with indefinite life sentences wouldn't that make time force just as bad if not worse than Ransik and in fact that might Brands him an antihero.
I have to admit I think Jen treated Wes too harsh in the beginning to me she's too judgmental about Wes's background you have to give people a chance and not judge a book by its cover and even if it makes sense for her to be reluctant to trust him she doesn't have to be mean and I wanna ask an honest question does she not want Wes on the team because he's not taking it seriously or because she doesn't want anyone taking her fiancée's place and i feel like if she had done what Tripp did which was talk to him and explain about Alex he might take it more seriously don't get me wrong I like Jen and this season but her attitude with Wes in the beginning bothers me what do you think?

So here's my problem with Time Force, and I actually just realized it because I'm literally rewatching the episode as I write this. I love the season, and Power Rangers as a whole, but Eric becoming leader of the Silver Guardians made no sense. Yes, he has the skill and the drive. But he stole the quantum controller. The Guardians were paid to protect the dog site, owned by Silver Hills Historical Society. The controller was found on the site, making it that groups property, and he took it to gain its power for himself not to protect it from Ransik. I don't know about everyone else but if I were to steal from my job I'd be fired not promoted
You know, didn't really consider that before. But since Dr. Zaskin was able to perform initial tests on Ranger tech through Eric's actions, seems they quickly forgot about the whole thing. Then when he got control of the Q-Rex, they just said holy shit, this Eric guy's the truth! Eric, of course, relished in the attention as he slowly started embodying Light Yagami as the God of the new world. And then he learned teamwork or some such thing and decided against ruling the planet.
The Disney Brain that's a very fair series of points. I actually only started my rewatch of TF today and I'm on Clash for Control now, so I haven't gotten to all his later development. But that just occurred to me and I had to share it with a fellow die hard fan. Anyway, love your ranger vids and keep up the good work. I've been wanting to do something kind of like this myself, so I'm glad someone is actually working on it 👍

I loved the quantum ranger but I kinda wished he did make out alive. he would have been the first earth ranger to stay fallen in the line of duty. plus Wes and Jen Should Have Kissed!

They originally did have him die. Time Force was very very similar to Timeranger (the source material for Time Force) and in Timeranger (spoilers) Time Fire, Eric's Japanese counterpart, dies. In Time Force they even recorded the entire beach scene at the end without him, but they for one reason or another decided to keep Eric alive.
It would have been fitting to see Eric's final action be protecting two rich people he once resented but learned to respect. But the canon ending of Eric and Wes finally being equals/partners after everything they went through has just as much thematic resonance for me, so it's kind of a toss up.

I love time force... I dont know why most people dont remember it. It was the best
my favorites from this season are wes, jen, and nadira, but as a character, there's no one like eric myers. he's just so nuanced and complex. also love that the narrative pretty much never blames him for his perspective on privileged people because even when we see that they can be genuinely good people, we see just how much of an uperhand they have in life. wes ran away from his home and the life that his father wanted for him, but he ultimately still stayed at a place already owned by his dad. if someone from a lower income background did that, they would most likely end up on the streets. and of course he also encountered problems that he never would have been able to solve if he didn't have a rich father (like when he needed the serum replicated to save his friends). there's also the fact that even though eric worked his ass off to earn his position as the commander of the silver guardians, the moment that wes was available his father immediately offered him the job, effectively taking the position from eric if wes didn't insist they become partners.
Plus this is the first pr I've seen where rangers actually show bruising on their face.

Xandred is so powerful/energy-consuming that he would apparently die instantly if he left the Netherworld.
Yeeah, but come on, that's just a BS in show excuse to the point of almost self-parody. And he still barely moved from his ship, if at all due to his so called "illness". If anything, they should have made it so that Xandred lasts longer because he's more powerful, since drying up has nothing to do with power levels either way, it's just about evaporation. One of many terrible features in Samurai with a millions ways to get around it if they weren't so lazy.

Time Force is one of the best PR seasons. The "only" problem I have is that the producers should have cast a male as the yellow ranger (a gentle giant/young Terry Crews-type) and a female as the green ranger ( a cute greened-haired alien chick). It would have matched the Sentai footage much better and would have added more interesting side storylines along side Jen and Wes.
Just now watching time force and absolutely blown away.
Power Rangers Time Force is my First Power Rangers Show that I watch as a kid this Is my Number one Favorite Power Rangers show that I ever watch I love Theme Song, Great Villains, Lot Great Sad, Shocking, Funny & Happy Moment, and Great Characters

I REALLY wish we had more seasons like time force
Do you know why Lucas had so little to do? It's because his Sentai counterpart wouldn't be so easly to translate to American Kids TV.
The reason I don't ever reference the Sentai in my videos is because the adaptation process is almost always a poor excuse for any and all dearth in quality. Especially since much more could have been done in civilian mode that just wasn't. And Lucas shouldn't have anything to do with his Sentai counterpart other than sharing a uniform.
Except if you know how production looks like you would knew that at one point when one angry producer/director says "lets just bring more Sentai" there is no time to rewrite whole character. I would prefer if they kept that subplot because "driving around" would bring some more depth to Lucas... because not everyday you have Ranger with Cancer(which in the end resolves with character death). Try to look at the footage and make peace with people responsible for Megaforce Disaster and rewrite it so it would be good.

Hey Brain. So. I've completed the second last step to my PR rewatch. Time Force was crazy super amazingly awesome. Frax and Ransik dynamic in what I'm guessing is in Part 2. It took its time to build but it was so worth it. Eric was the people's champ 👌 Ransik is a sad being and that made us really break for him. The first half of time force was okay. Just Lucas though...

To give Lucas credit, he does learn to open up and allow himself to be more emotional after rescuing a kid, and from what I've seen, was sympathetic and hopeful that Dash would change his ways after he's contained.
Plus, the episode where he's dating Nadira is classic, expecially given the mixed feelings both him and Ransik are going through during the ordeal.
Edit: Oh! You mentioned those! Never mind.
I always liked his dynamic with Trip. He was hard on him at times but that's because he's the youngest of the team and didn't understand boundaries at first when it came to using his powers.

Sadly as a kid this was the first and only season I ever missed watching on aor until RPM. But I have had fun going to netflix and watching time force.
If anything this season proves that power rangers could do serious storytelling without dumbing things down for kids appreciate what this season did gave us 2 of the best red rangers of all time love going back and watching this season every on in a while ❤❤ only sad part of about this came out the same year as the twins tower attacks when I was 4 years old was one of my favorite seasons on Saturday mornings next to wild force and ninja storm ❤❤

Agree. Time Force is the best Power Rangers. Dino Thunder is boring and has bad ending and plot.
On your point on Xandran, he couldn't do much of nothing. If he left without doing everything required, he would dry up far quicker than the monsters he sent which was shown evident in Return of the Master thus putting him out of commission for Serrator to take charge for a time. And Serrator was hoping to gain enough control and power that when Master Xandran returned, he wouldn't be a problem. So yes, Xandran had an excuse on why he couldn't fight the Rangers personally. You saw what he did when he fought them in a weakened state, imagine what he would've done if it wasn't for the Nyglock weakness.
The only thing I really don't agree with is the fact that you are wrong when it comes to how hard she was because it was harsh and messed up the way she treated with he has more stress training he helped them to unlock the morphers and and after that she did not have to be so rude and hateful towards him explain explain the situation and things would have been better from there

Power rangers jungle fury used to be my favorite season of power rangers ever. Now time force is my favorite power rangers season.
It would've been cool if the Time Force Ranger gave the Silver Guards Ranger Powers. That way they'll be a larger team of Power Rangers.
Please let me talk about Super Sentai's counterpart "Future Task Force Time Ranger (Mirai Sentai Timeranger)". I love Domon the man yellow ranger because of how he points out a lot of questions in the plot, like how they might not be able to return to year 3k, and that he points out that the Timerangers from the future also have things to care about, by literally fistfighting Tatsuya the Red Time Ranger (who isn't from the future but from the era the Timerangers arrived at) to prove a point, and watching the sunset when he's calmed down
Well Super Sentai is technically Power Rangers. I mean the title kind of sounds like PR when translated to English, which is "Super Fighting Force", with Sentai composed of two words, "Sensou (War/Fight)" and "Tai (Team)"
Man, watching this video really makes me sad. It gives me a glimpse at what power rangers once was, and could've been; but unfortunately, it probably won't be ever again :(

I do gave a few problems with Time Force though. 1, they kept harping on Wes and Jen's relationship and the other rangers were in the background which is pretty sad. 2, the fight scenes were also not all there because despite being police officers from the future they were far too obsessed with their melee weapons and I'm not a big fan of melee weapons. 3, I prefer when sixth rangers work with the main team but here they're more disconnected.

It's an awesome team-up of a game developer, two popular RUclipsrs and most of all three current and former Rangers and sidekick! I'm talking about Preston from Ninja Steel, who will be the Red Ranger, Jen from Time Force, who will be the new Ranger team's mentor, and Bulk from - well, everybody knows Bulk! -, who will be the Yellow Ranger.
The most exciting part about HyperForce is that it's a pen&paper RPG, which was developed in close cooperation with Saban to celebrate the 25th anniversary and which will be streaming live every Tuesday (yes, starting TOMORROW!) at 6 pm PDT.
HyperForce will be set in the year 3017, 17 years after the Time Force Season.
What I love about the idea of Power Rangers as an RPG session is that it will give the characters so much more freedom for character development than what Saban has recently been screwing up on TV. I'm so excited.
I just hope the show gets enough viewers to continue. Maybe, Disney Brain, if you like the first episode, you could do a video about it and thereby inform more people that this actually exists? :-)

I honestly think that Alex wasn't born, when Ransik came into the future Time Force realized that Wes was needed again to defeat him and save the world. (As he did in the past.) So they cloned him gave him fake memories of a childhood and then had him go through the training of Time Force thinking hey if this guy as a random shmuck beat Ransik in the past with training we can't lose!
I am sure they could have found or went back in time to get some DNA from Wes.

okay just a theory here I always believe that the whole descendant thing was a lie and that because Time Force can manipulate time actually sent a clone back in time and give him in the care of mr. Collins because this would make it easy for them to find a new red ranger I mean Time Force can manipulate anything. plus the fact that they are taking these mutants and putting them in cryogenic prisons with indefinite life sentences wouldn't that make time force just as bad if not worse than Ransik and in fact that might Brands him an antihero.

I have to admit I think Jen treated Wes too harsh in the beginning to me she's too judgmental about Wes's background you have to give people a chance and not judge a book by its cover and even if it makes sense for her to be reluctant to trust him she doesn't have to be mean and I wanna ask an honest question does she not want Wes on the team because he's not taking it seriously or because she doesn't want anyone taking her fiancée's place and i feel like if she had done what Tripp did which was talk to him and explain about Alex he might take it more seriously don't get me wrong I like Jen and this season but her attitude with Wes in the beginning bothers me what do you think?
