Chicken shit it’s not a swamp, if you were from Florida you’d know where big aggressive gators are… Lakes and swamps not cold spring fed rivers, the one he saw was small and harmless.
@@Freshy_JonesI live in the Wekiva area, and there have been numerous attacks by gators on people over the years, resulting in loss of limbs and whatnot. There have also been fatal attacks in other spring-fed rivers around the state. Blue Spring comes to mind.

Dude, amazing work on the video. The cinematography of the underwater shots remind me of the blue planet specials I loved watching as a kid, I would not be surprised if you told me you were a cameraman for the discovery channel or something. Plus the whole presentation was put together very well, no ten minute monologue or needless filler, just the setup and then the underwater shots. And thanks for showcasing such a beautiful habitat, I just moved to the area from south Florida and I had no idea about that spring. I'm definitely going to be paddling up there to check it out when I can. By the way it's funny how you wanted to hit 1k by 2025 and you've already surpassed it, congrats!

Yeah! They are pretty bitey - I've handled quite a few helping out with turtle surveys in various springs and they pack quite a punch, so it makes sense they get mistaken for snapping turtles. Oh no way! Haha yep, can always rely on the gar hole to deliver the goods
