Madam, how can you directly compare child spending in US, which is in dollars to Indian child spending(asa kasa kai)? In US, they pay home rent of 1lakhs to 3 lakhs INR in average. Hence, PPP should be invoked for the comparison.

Yaar aap ka analysis acha hota kaafi. Summary wala bhi. Sbse alag and unique. I don't know why some people are criticising. You talked about risk factors, company, market, industry. Auditor reported material uncertainty in going concern of few subsidiaries. You only didn't talk about how is management. Because lot of big companies were not in goos position but good management led to their success.
