    Nie twierdzę że tak powinno być, ale ci ludzie nie widzą problemu w naprawieniu czegoś, co na zachodzie byłoby oddane na złom, bo zagraża zdrowiu, życiu i nie spełnia norm technicznych. Tam robią na placu przed garażem to co u nas wykonuje się w halach przy użyciu wielu wyspecjalizowanych narzędzi. Tu miara jest zwykła miara taśmowa a nie precyzyjne czujniki. Tutaj nie ma ochrony głowy, gdy jeden facet macha młotem centymetry od głowy drugiego. O ochronnych osłonach spawalniczych nie wspomnę. No i jeszcze jedno, wiedza techniczna. Ci ludzie są kreatywni, specjaliści pod każdym względem. Wielki szacunek dla ich ciężkiej pracy, nie wyciągają ręki po socjal, tylko pracują by zarobić na życie.

    More wheels, more capacity, more load... Old engine. Old gearbox. Old frame... Everything was done by eye. Such an artistic creation. If you need spare parts, you can't buy them in any shop.

    • @Happyfacehotwheels
      @Happyfacehotwheels Год назад +9

      Even in the first world, we make custom parts for conversions. Also, the frame isn't old, well, not as old as the as the rest of the components.

    • @omartadashi3354
      @omartadashi3354 Год назад +8

      Don't be wrong, the engine, transmissions, and every bits and pieces of the truck is still in stock for decades because there is hundreds of thousands of them in the road, spread across Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Thailand Philipine, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kenya, and some other countries. So, you never run out of Japanese truck's spare parts.

    • @blazeykk
      @blazeykk Год назад +4

      @@omartadashi3354 1.
      There is no spare parts for this mod. Most of these elements were made by hand for this one single truck. So this truck is an "art piece".
      I don't care about availability of spare parts. But whole truck was not made for such loads and everything in it can breake in any moment due to overload.But your idea is - if something breakes, replace it. We got a lot of it. And you don't care why it breakes.

    • @omartadashi3354
      @omartadashi3354 Год назад +8

      @@blazeykk well, in my point of view, from the factory in Japan, that Hino Ranger truck aren't built for 40+ tons of loads (there is a truck for 40+ tons from Hino, which is called Super Dolphin and Super Dolphin Profia, but they are expensive even though second hand because it is a heavy-duty truck). But, because the condition, they need to overload because the cost of operation is higher than the payment of the drivers, so they search more loads for the money in order to make them a living with their family.
      And because of that, they had to multiple layering the original chassis and make more layer of the leaf spring suspension so the axle is not brutally tortured compared to standard set up from factory.
      I say, it's not an art piece because the leaf springs are made locally in Pakistan. There's a video on it.
      The chassis is from factory in Japan, a single layer. Which initially can handle around 25 tons (with stock suspension, stock torque rod, etc.). But they triple layer it with thinner inside layer than the middle (original) and slightly thin outside layer to improve the strength under load and also to withstand the rotten roads.
      The chassis's steel is also produced and sold locally in Pakistan. So, those blokes are just add a bit of length behind the older one.
      The rear suspension hinges and mountings are actually a trailer suspension mountings and hinges.
      They just source the parts and assemble it.
      The only art piece of the truck is the decoration.

      I drove 8 wheelers in this configuration the UK for many years usually tippers and roll on rolll off (hook loaders ) but we use them with flatbeds, curtainsiders and plant and machinery transport , before the mid 60s many companys preffered to operate 8 wheelers oftern coupled with a 4 wheel drag as due to the then weight restrictions it was more cost efective than running artics , when i started driving in the 70s an 8 wheeler could operate at 30 tonnes this was changed in the late 80s to 32 tonnes
