Runs actually great with RTX 3080 4k balanced settings circa 85fps. I took off the bloom and blood effects because it looks more natural like that for me.
Doom 2 reimagined for those afraid of the dark. Wouldn't be half bad if there weren't so many useless added light sources. Plus the normal Doom weapon sprties clash horribly with the lighting and voxel enemies.

I must be one of the very few who doesn’t understand the music in these games… it’s just doesn’t fit well to me.. I played and loved doom since day one back in 93 - as soon as the PSX version came out I could never go back to the pc original as the tone and lighting and grittiness of the PSX version made it impossible to return. Not trying to hate, just saying . 😊
the blood is too much, what are those red bobbles? I don't think they fit well with the graphic of doom; even the water is too realistic and too strong lights for a obscure game
you have some graphics issue, your black levels are shifted brighter than should be and everything feels gray ish, and have over the top bloom .. It doesn't look like this on the trailer or my computer.
@@Noobirus I played the mod for myself and the default settings actually look phenomenal, idk what's up with the uploader's settings blood still looks a bit too goopy but other than that it's great.

I have the same brightness issue. I’m not sure how to fix it. It’s way too bright.
Next step is AI level generator based on vanilla levels.

The buckets of blood effect is awful. Comical. Should be retouched.

You should be able to change those settings.
I wouldn't say awful. The blood is a bit much, I feel weird saying. I think it obscures the enemies too much.
Bloom and liquid can be turned off
It's not like this normally, the uploader changed the visuals to make it so bright. Definitely ruins the experience like this

This is cool on a technical level but it just doesn't look very good.
This isn't how mod is supposed to look like tho. The screen/display settings are jank... Check the video MrIcarus if you want to see actual gameplay.
